Anyway, just for those NOT in the know, Hyundai SantaFe IIs sold in US, are made in Alabama, USA. While those sold here are from Korea.

sir forterra thanks for the heads up. i own a gas sf and bought it in aug 2006. affected ba ang units sold in the philippines? did anybody bothered to call HARI?

Errh... since this is a recall for vehicles that were not sold here in the Philippines... why is this a sticky?

Maybe some are implying that those 139 units ended up here in the Philippines. Others even think units shipped here are of low quality and standards. Talk about conspiracy theories.
