I think there is a version na Projector with HID na ung HL nya. From my initial assessments based on the pics, hopefully its a straight swap lang. The pics of ix35 that will be released in EU are the ones equipped w/ projector lamps.

The HARI SA did not tell me when (I didn't bother to ask), as I was looking at a couple of Hyundai rides, including the current model of Tucson.... I'm expecting them to get back with me with their quotations within the week, so I'll ask them....

Also, the guys at HACP were telling us that price for the new Tucson starts at P1.4M.....

Just as I suspected, the price of the new Tuc is right around the range of the Sta Fe. For those waiting for the new model, add about P400K more to your budget. :D

Pag nakaupo ka sa driver seat, sa left side ng lower dashboard yan, malapit sa foot rest, medyo tago yan kasi kailaan talaga itago yan dahil sa overide function niya

How do you reprogram? My Tucson has a VERY sensitive alarm. I want to adjust it. Also how do I make a chirping sound when I lock my Tucson.

You got to check the alarm manual for reprogram, mine is 2006 model, they install the CodeAlarm model and didn't install the alarm horn so the chirping sound is only the car own horn...sensitive alarm?...you mean the shock sensor? it should be hiding under the steering wheel, you got to remove the cover under the steering wheel, the one above the gas and break pedal... there is an adjustment on the shock sensor module which you can turn to lessen the sensitivity....

hindi ko talaga trip tong re-design ng Tucson kahit pano ko tingnan. Buti na lang bumili ako bago nila palitan yung line-up dito. Hehe.

uy salamat sa information na 'to! matagal ko nang hinahanap yung valet switch eh! ingay kasi ng Tucson ko! kapag may dumaan lang na tricycle nagrereact na, pag truck ang dumaan, nag-aalarm na, kahit 5:00AM ng umaga! hehe. Salamat ulit!

H27 (880/881) ang fog lamps ng tucson. Kung HID ingat sa aiming kasi nagkakasilaw yan.

Meron na mga tsikot member na change ng HID ang headlights nila, they also change the housing to projector type, which I believe is a responsible and correct way of using the HID, our halogen housing will give too much glare to incoming vehicle...
