Thanks for your inputs. I have an update on my AC problem...

Went to SeaOil Shaw and saw Mang Danny. Took him less than 5 mins to determine the issue.

Turned out to be a burnt rotor on the blower motor. He then made a few calls to a local auto shop to canvass the part. He then said sa Seiring na lang daw kami bumili para makamura.

He accompanied me to Seiring Araneta Ave, we bought the replacement motor (P1200 cheaper than auto shop) and he installed it right there at the store. Problem solved. He then offered to check the refrigerant level (it was low) and recharged it at no cost.

Thanks JJB for the referral. Mang Danny is truly legendary. A very simple, humble and unassuming guy but definitely knows his stuff. When I asked him how much I owed him he said "Bahala ka na sir. Simple lang naman yung problem nung AC mo". When I insisted he tell me, I was surprised at how low he was asking for his services. Masaya na raw sya nagawa nya yung AC ko. Nakaka-amaze lang because I surely would have spent a lot more if I took it to a regular shop.

So if you have any AC issues, pasilip nyo muna kay Mang Danny. He will tell you naman if it's beyond him or does not have the equipment to fix it. And if you're happy with his service, don't hesitate to give something extra. Super baba nya sumingil so pa-Consuelo nyo na lang yon sa kanya...tulong na din

I had my ac fixed there last January.
Changed most of the parts as its already 8 years old.sulit at malamig na ulit. They have original parts too.better yun.

A friend had a similar thung though namamatayan sya sa traffic. Had the alternator fixed but namamatayan pa rin sya sometimes. Binenta na lang nya unit nya. Gas unit too. Got a new pajero[emoji23]

G'evening mga boss.. i own a tucson 2009 crdi 2.0.. a/c light flickers when freewheeling or in idle. Pero if i apply gas ay mawawala din siya. Na try ko na check yung magnetic clutch ng a/c pero so far wala na mang issue, pero u can feel na nag.aapply ng force yung makina everytime may flicker. This started almost the same time na mawawala din yung light ng mileage sa dashboard while speedmter is lit. especially when driving at night na on yung headlight, a/c and stereo. Salamat in advance..

Possible din yun.. papacheck ko pa.. ni rule out ko yung switch kasi hindi nmn all the time nag flicker.. random lang talaga.. pero pag apak nang gas, mawawala din

we have an issue sa 5th floor button ng elevator. I let the others press it for me. it switches on but doesnt latch many times. there is probably some dirt inside or some issue with the electronics[emoji848]

Has anyone here experienced a stalled engine while driving at high speed?

While driving at Skyway 2 weeks ago, my engine stalled, dashboard lights went on and I lost steering and brakes. I managed to slowly control the vehicle to a stop on the shoulder. Upon restarting, the engine was ok again.

It happened again twice last week while driving at EDSA. Same situation. Engine was ok after restarting.

I have been driving the car for over a week now and thankfully, the problem has not recurred. However, I am not sure what is causing it.

The car is at Hyundai Shaw today. They're saying they've not had such a complaint before and they are not sure they can correct it unless they actually experience it.

Anyone had the same experience? What was the cause and how was it corrected?

fuel problem yan if that is crdi. dont gas up sa mga cheap gas stations. problema na ng Hyundai at Kia yan since a decade ago pa. their engines are too sensitive sa quality ng fuel dito satin,

Our 2010 Sorento (gas 2.4L AWD) ran into some fuel issues a few years ago. KiaPH adviced us to stick only on the bigger gas stations.

I normally use Shell Unleaded but switched to Petron for a full tank to avail of their Avengers promo. Could that be the reason?

yes, pati gas alam ko nagkakaproblem din. change fuel filter ka na lang, if nauulit pa after fueling sa reputable gas station. when I say reputable, yun mga stations na hindi frequented ng jeeps ha. even if it's shell or Petron, dont trust them kung medyo untidy or madami pumapark na puv sa place nya. Me may suki na kasi ako station eh,

Sa Grand Starex ko noon, one time nagpakarga ako sa Petron, Shell kasi ako usualy. Paakyat ako sa Bagong ilog fly over eh medyo gapang paakyat kasi traffic. Bigla nag stall engine ko na parang nabitawan na Clutch pero matic unit ko

Query lang po mga boss, sana po may makatulong, ano ang mga differences po ng Tucson 2013 model sa 2014? A/t pareho and Diesel 4x4. Pareho lang ba sila na CRDi?

Sinubukan ko kasi magsearch at ang nahanap ko lang ay yung sa gas engine, theta naging nu. Pero wala ako nabasa regarding sa mga diesel?
