calling all mid sized-SUV clubs our there Xtrail Club Phils will be hosting the 1st Inter SUV Club fun run.

Miting place: West Ave Q.C.
Where:North Expressway, San Fernando Pampanga
When:July23,2006
What:our goal is we can get ideas from each other from different car backgrounds and get more connections on aftermarket parts.

Xtrail has 30 club members as of now.
we do our fun run monthly.

If i remember it right, mga 1999 lumabas yang Santa Fe sa korea, turbo diesel muna, tapos nung 2000, lumabas na yung crdi, then nung mga 2003, na upgrade yung engine to vgt-crdi. I got my tucson crdi last september 2004, ang reason ko for getting this model is because of its engine. Koreans take their consumer rights very seriously. Kaya alam mo agad na may reklamo against a particular product, lalo na pag sa vehicle kasi nagkakaroon agad ng recall, no matter how minor the defect may be at mababasa mo ito sa mga major dailies. So far, wala akong nabalitaang recall regarding hyundai and kia vehicles particularly with regard to its engines. So yan ang primary reason ko for buying the Tucson. FYI, walang gas version sa korean domestic market ang tucson nung bumili ako. so After logging 12K here, using "dirty" diesel (he he he ), wala akong napapansin na diprensiya tulad nung isang japanese brand, at contributor pa din ako sa clean air environment dito sa atin. Ito lang ang masasabi ko sa aking kariton na pangit daw sabi ng ibang mga ka tsikot natin

hi im totally new here, and since i think a lot of people are reading threads and giving real reactions and infos about their cars i thought you can help me out here. Actually i wish to buy a new car, do you have any idea how good a tucson 4x2 diesel is? In really confused if id god for a tucson or a fortuner (toyota), coz i just read the feed back on fortuner and its inspiring and at the same time scarry because of opposing reactions but i think is very helpful. I wonder if there are people here who owns a tucson and help me decide on either cars. I didnt really place this thread at comparing cars coz i want to know more about tucson, but if you wanna compare tucson and fortuner if you were to buy then that would be a big help. thank you

the sorento 2006 looks very very nice. 4x4 CRDi at 1.25M. with the BMW look-alike -grille sa harapan pa! sobrang value for money, sabi nun agent mukha daw X5. I dont agree with him. but the front did look like a BMW.

may display sa Gateway mall.

Get the Fortuner 3li CRDI, or 2.7vvti if you are not concerned about gas prices.

Here it is, on P45 Rotas. Needed to put long lugnuts and paid extra for raised center caps (otherwise wouldn't fit). Oh, and my mileage is up from 6 to 7km now. I'm ok with that since it's mostly city drive and lots of flooring of the gas pedal.
