Hey Guys,

My driver pointed out to me this morning that our Starex's front tires were wearing a bit quicker on the outer corners than the inner corners. I had a look, and he was right. We compared it to the wear on the rear tires and we noticed that the rear tires where wearing evenly. He mentioned that this was also the case on my Dad's older ('98) 11-seater Starex and our '02 Carnival II.

What gives? Is this a Korean minivan problem? Has anyone experienced this uneven wear?

Same here. When I got my 99 TDIC, the wear on the right tire's outer side was terrible! Camber was way off! I got a new set of tires and had the camber corrected. But after about a month's use now, it seems that the wear is still a bit more favored on that front outer right tire, though not as bad as before. This with the camber spot on. So I have the same question, what gives?

maraming salamat po, at confirmed na rear wheeldrive ang starex. hay salamat nakahinga ako, mali iyong info na nabasa ko. ipon ipon na talaga samahan ko pa ng dasal para bili na talaga....

sir, paki pm mo naman ako ng mga detalye ng starex, pati na suzuki multi cab kung meron ka rin. maraming salamat po!

guys, saan ba ok na casa in terms of maintenance sa qc area? were going to buy starex grx kasi before the end of the year eh as what i've read in another thread, hindi raw ok magmaintain hyundai e. rod....

Check the appropriate fuse first, then the electrical connections.

ano po pwede niyo bigay na freebies at discount kapag sa sa'yo kami bumili ng starex? were comparing kasi all the dealers we've been na. so far only hyundai commonwealth at hyundai e. rod pa lang napupuntahan namin, with e. rod giving P50k discount, free 3 yr. registration, insurance, tint and DVD player.

tsaka one more thing, ayaw namin na kami pa nagfofollow-up ng plates, kasi diamond quezon ave made us do that after we bought our strada from them. ang tagal nga nila ni-release yung plate tapos yung sticker last april lang binigay sa amin, 4 months after namin nakuha yung strada sa kanila.
