Thanks sir dragonheart. Perhaps w/in the week i'l try to visit ziebart. As anyone who got their santa fe rust proof pls share some info naman. Kasi iniisip ko n which is better ifever n parust proof ko yun SF drill a hole or pabaklas ko yun side panel?

sa zeibart they drill a hole that is better than baklas yung side panel, kasi they may not put it back properly tapos it may cause some vibrations or noise in the future. don't worry when they drill a hole kasi they have a special plug to cover it.

Go to bigberts na lang. Its near sm centerpoint where redline racing used to be. If you are coming from e.rod, its located near the stop light before you reach SM center point. Arlington ata yung katabi.

pero sa palagay ko detail nga lang ang BigBerts at wala silang anti-rust tulad ng srubby coat, ziebarts

I got mine 3M tint at Hyundai Commonwealth. At first gusto nila platinum but i insist on 3M. Hayun pumayag n rin. And ifever po 3M take BC rather than RE ksi mas makapal po ang BC. Also po try nyo po palagay ng FULL ksi nun una sa akin gus20 nila may hati. Eh ako naman makulit sabi ko FULL. They call up 3M person para ikabit lng ang tint ko.

Do we really need to have our SF's rust proofed? Never akong nagpa rust proof sa mga old cars ko. Lagi lang palinis ng pang ilalim mga 2-4x a year para masilip na rin. What i understand is the units we buy are already rust protected.

YUP malapit s Ugong. I saw this one unit of Santa Fe in Commonwealth kakuha lang nya yun santa fe last 5 months ago and he decided n parustproof ang SF niya s loob mismo ng CASA Hyundai Commonwealth. Explain niya s akin n pinabaklas niya yun side panels para hindi raw marami butas. Yun mga critical points lng ang pinabutas niya. Ang reason niya kung bakit niya pinarustproof niya ang SF ksi malapit daw siya s seaside.

Welcome Mr Gotti.
You want to adjust the sensitivity setting? I think it is factory preset and only Hyundai can perform such adjustments.You can request your dealer to adjust it with the settings you prefer.

I have mine activated in Hyundai Alabang. Door will automatically lock when the speed reaches 20 k/h.

Oo kailangan talaga pa rust proof ang mga sasakyan malapit sa dagat
pero nagtataka talaga ako diyan sa butas butas na yan e hehe sorry noob

yung side panel yun yung black part na parang plastic sa gilid ng sf?
paging sir yuichi baka meron kayong side panel diyan na binebenta right side
daddy ko kasi may inararo sa gilid e buti nalang yung plastic part lang ang nadurog

did you trade/swap/changed your stock tires?

what brands and how much?

My best advice is to keep the stock wheels coz if youre going to trade it in youre not going to get a good price for it. Lugi ka lang. Save it for a rainy day when you want to go back to stock althought I dont like stock wheels coz theyre heavy and stock tires are usually the cheap ones.

here are the corresponding tire sizes if you want to upgrade you wheels
20" - 225/45-20
18" - 255/50-18

Bolt spec of the Santa fe

offset 40 up

Plenty of wheels to choose from if you want I have a few stocks. Just give me a holler

For the Crdi owners just get a Dtech chip and it will you give you 20% increase in performance. Gone are the days when you have to buy a full exhaust and other bolt on goodiesto boost the engine now all it needs is a chip wc takes 5 mins to install that will give you max performance out of your santa fe. Price is around 35k for the chip. Highly recommended! Casa wont be able to detect the chip plus if you want to be sure you can take out the chip in a jiffy

My family has a white sante fe (crdi_) and we love this vehicle. its a hoot to drive plus gas mileage is unbeatable. now if only Pinoys will have an open mind and try it theyl be amazed by the Sante Fes performance.
