the 2010 facelifted santa fe will have 4 variants, the previous 2.7L v6 petrol engine will be replaced by the new 2.4L theta-II dual cvvt with 6at it will be available in 4x2 and 4x4, the 2.2L crdi evgt-r with 6at will also be available in 4x2 and 4x4

ung theta-II engine is the same engine that powers the 4x4 version of the new tucson and new sorento, it has a smaller displacement but almost has a similar output as the previous 2.7L v6, it also has better fuel economy due to its lighter construction and new 6at, the previous petrol version of the santa fe only has 4at

naka auto retract na din ung side mirror ng new santa fe, meron na din mudguard ung 4x4 variants, magkaiba din ung front grill ng 4x4 at 4x2 variants

any idea on the pricing,any pictures? base from the hyundai website i prefer the grill of the outgoing model the only noticeable that i consider a + is the new foglight but the new design a black color plastic sealed all around the underside of the rear body doesnt appeal me. view it from rear quarter angle is a bit awkward for my eye the outgoing model is better and well proportion and neat to look at. undeniable it also bang for the buck at the moment because of the enormous discount given to me but the new engine evgt-r of the new one makes me confuse which one to buy....

No pricing yet for the 4x2 variants.

seen one here in davao. when i checked at the local hyundai distributor the lady told me that it was coming from a backdoor and their stocks will start arriving this april. most of these 2010 SF's are probably in HARI's plant undergoing inspections before these will be released to their dealers.

Would be really interested to see how much the 4x2 R-engine or 2.4 Theta will be going for. My dad's undecided as to this or the Montero.
7 seater and Sta Fe right? Pero much tighter than a Montero I believe?

i don't think so, the current outgoing model 4X4 already priced 1.663m with the new engine evgt-r and some minor facelift expect a 100k to 150k additional...

Lalabas na pala ang 2010 SF (Gen 2.5) baka sabay pa ang gas and diesel variant

Sa mga makakakuha congrats folks!

Same engine displacement sa diesel category but increase HP and torque. Same body with minor changes sa foglight and tail light. Electronics was also upgraded.

Please be reminded that 2010SF will only last for two years (my guess estimate) by year 2012 lalabas na all new SF (Gen 3)

your right sir, this is the first aspect that opt me to purchase santa fe at this time...2nd i want to see how well suited our deisel to this new r engine...3rd the next generation santa fe will surely have stunning look as gc,sonata and tucson...

baka nagkamali ng pagdinig the current outgoing model priced 1.663m already. if ever na same pa din ang engine with minor facelift the current price or a 10-20T price increase is realistic but never na mag lessen pa... with the new EVGT R engine expect a 100k or more price increase.
