ahhh the wife can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. here's my wife who decided to take out my Santa Fe for a spin without my consent. been telling her that driving an A/T is as simple as driving a amusement park bump car. i'm just very good at encouraging people

here's my Santa Fe now vs. the wall. wife says everything happened so fast. and she tells me, she pressed on the brakes. i asked her, which foot? she says her left. so here it is left foot break, right foot accelerator

Hi sir Allan, I check mo na rin po ang car stereo mo kung puede ba nyang basahin ang mp3 at audio cd. Nangyari po sa akin na ayaw gumana ang cd puro error ang display nya. Pinalitan din naman po agad nila.

Salamat po sa inyong advise. Got a new unit today... medyo natagalan pagrelease dahil sa signatories tapos Dec. 24 pa. Anyway, it's perfect... so far.

Share ko lang experience ko:

1.) Do not make payment until you've seen the unit. Good thing I did this right. Meron kasi ako kasabay, after getting all the release papers... sabi ng agent - "Sir, di pala namin marelease unit nyo kasi nag-fail yung CRDi engine check. Tapos close na planta... so sa January nyo na makukuha unit nyo." Can you imagine that experience?!?

2.) Make sure you are comfortable dealing with your agent. Meron kasi ibang agent na parang walang paki-alam sa concern ng customer. I guess customer service is important... not only the discounts.

3.) Santa Fe is the best. Lot's of room, very quiet engine and good sound system. Plano ko magpalit ng sounds before but after listening to stock speakers - I'm quite satisfied with it.

Ironically, about 1 hour after I checked my unit and made payment. Diamond Motors called me up and said "Sir, may unit na ako dito (Montero).". Told them sorry na lang kayo. Nakakuha nako ng Santa Fe". Sabi ni misis - "Di talaga para sayo ang Montero".

Will get it blessed tomorrow (Christmas pa naman)! and will post some pics later.

Arrived Bicol yesterday. Engine was good... considering its in break-in period. However, I notice suspension was stiff, at least not as good as the one I test drove. I guess that will improve after a while... virgin pa kasi.

Pagka nasa loob ako... feeling rich ako. There's something in the interior and its features that makes it luxurious. Di ko ma-explain e...

Good Day Sir Allainctan, baka sa tire pressure mo ang problema, i read it in this thread na pag biniyahe ng dealer eh dinadagdagan yung tire pressure to 34 psi, maintain na lang to 30 psi (manual), 28 psi sa recommendation ng unang SF owners

tyre pressure nga yan brod, yun sa akin when we got it 2 weeks ago matagtag din, tapos check ko pressure ng gulong e 40 psi, 44 pa nga yung isa e. bawasan mo to 30 psi, max na yung 32 psi. pati nga yung starex namin last year when we got it from the casa puro over pressure mga gulong.

Check niyo po ung mga headlights and tail lights na pinapasok ng tubig especially on rainy days. nagiging prevalent sya lately as per posts dito ng mga owners. Ung sa akin naman, wala pa akong complain.
After 1 year and 3 months of ownership (15kms on Odo), ngayon pa lang ata ako makakaexperience na masingawan ng gulong. Nakasagasa ata ako ng nails.

Tanong lang... technically pag may moist sa loob ng head lamps or tail lamps, ibig sabihin ba nun may awang (leak) sa sealant ng head lamps or tail lamps assembly?

Hello sir! Have you tried checking the PSI of the wheels? Baka kase sobra sa 30PSI kaya stiff ang takbo ng SF ninyo.

Hi there, reminder lang po under or over psi can damage your tire. Ako naka 30psi all wheels, and its fine for me.

Not necessarily sir. But I believe there is an air inside the Headlamp kasi ndi naman vacuum sealed yan eh. As you know, air has moisture content. So some condensation may occur inside the headlamp depending on the outside temperature (surrounding the headlamp including the heat comng from the engine)

Reminder lang sir, don't trust the tire pressure gauge ng mga vulcanizing shop, most of the time e they are giving false reading. Gandang brand ng tire pressure gauge na meron ako e PCL ang brand, made in england.

Maraming salamat po. Baka nga yung tire gauge may problem... bili na rin ako ng personal tire gauge, lagi kasi ako nagpapacheck sa gasoline station lang.
