Hi Starex owners out there!

I'd like to make a survey from you guys as to how much really is the average fuel consumption of your ride. I'm confused kase with the info I get from sales rep and from owners whom I get to talk to. Sabi ng sales rep 9-10 km/L daw sa city drive while sabi naman ng officemate ko 5-6 km/L lang, and well-maintained na yun. Anyway, perhaps its better to hear it from you guys, just a little survey coz i'm interested in buying one

1. Average Fuel Consumption per city driving
2. Average Fuel Consumption per highway driving
3. year model / MT or AT / CRDi or TCI / GRX or SVX whatever

hi, mine is starex club 2003 model.

combine city & NLEX driving: 8.5 - 9kms/L,...9km if my speed in NLEX is up to 80kph only
city driving: 6.5 - 7.5kms/L

Track kakatapos ko lang break in, shell semi-synth gamit ko gumaan lalo takbo hopefully matikman din yon 13km/L. Mano mano compute ko sa FC hindi yata reliable onboard ODOcomputer. I'l keep this thread posted sa progress notes ko...Don't misunderstand me like how some of SFCPers doon na ooffend pag nagbanggit ng downside kasi "bias" daw sila sa SF nila. No bias ako pag nakita ko problema isisingaw ko. So far satisfied ako sa SF 2010 inside out pag nalagpasan ko 10km/L after break in

ito medyo weird. Tucson IX GL CRDI, around 210km sa odo.

experimented 3 days soft tapak sa gas. averaging around 50-60 kph city driving. FC: 7-8 km/l

3 days harurot as much as possible. reaching 100-110 kph city driving pa rin (sa gabi hehe malabo to mangyari sa araw). FC: 10-11 km/l

Pag gabi kasi mas maganda ang performance at mas matipid sa gas.. tsaka kapag mabilis na ang takbo natin, nasa 6th gear na so mababa yung RPM
