Kung konti lang dapat normal. Its the result of blowby gas being plumbed into the intake. Oil catch can ang kailangan to avoid it. Katagalan, it will foul up your intercooler neccesitating pull down and cleaning.

Good morning fellow tsikoteers. If i may raise this concern i saw on a different site and quote

"Mga sir kanina eh namatay makina ng A/T crdi accent ko habang nagddrive... Mga 1-2minutes bago ko napaandar uli.. Battery icon lumabas sa dashboard ko eh.. Ano kaya problem... Tnx 1000mileage pa lng".

Actually thats the second one i heard that issue already (from different individuals). Can anyone shed light on this? Is this an "issue" or just isolated among those two accent owners. Thanks
By the way malakas naman daw battery when he restarted the engine

Pag sa turbo yan eh mabilis mauubos ang engine oil. Suspect ko sa pcv galing yan.

Please post your findings. It will be for the benefit of all to find out why. My mechanic in HLP said some diesel units air filter element gets stained with oil on the periphery. Another thing to watch out for will be the leaking injector o-ring. Mine leaked at around 15K but they replaced it & it worked out fine since then.

Remove the plastic engine cover & you will see the fuel injectors. Supposedly, tuyo yung area, so kung basa, may leak yung injector o-rings. Yung sakin unang symptom nagka smoky fumes.

Have the fuel pump relay check or better convince the casa to change. I highly suspect that the culprit might be this one. Accent engine is u2 an enhance version of u1. Meron ako experience sa u1 crdi random engine stoppage. Casa was not able to fix bcoz every time they diagnosed no fault code found. I changed the fuel pump relay, that's it. No more problem since about 8 years now.

Mine is 6 speed manual. No engine stalling yet at 28k kms and more than 1 year of use

Crdi sya with turbo vgt, keyless entry but no alarm, with ABS, airbag driver side lang, metal rims lang with hubcap, simple radio/stereo, with insulator under the hood yan ang alam ko sa latest variant. And base sa curbweight and grossweight nya mga 400 kilos ang pwede load kasama na driver and oh may sportronic sya by the way yung +/- manual mode

Actually merong alarm. Walang tunog pag arm/disarm pero kung i-lock mo gamit ang remote tapos unlock gamit ang susi tutunog ang alarm pagbukas ng pinto. Additional specs: disk brakes front and rear, no turn signal repeaters sa side mirror, and no audio controls on steering wheel.

I sat on a sedan version of accent 7DCT a few days ago and it has dual airbags.

Really? Ok il inquire about that. So guys anybody who owns the dct ano masasabi nyo? Wala pa naman problems so far? Good buy pa din sya as of now?
