i dare say yes sir tidus, para sakin only difference ng manual is you could launch the car at will, pwede mo siya hatawain sabay bitaw sa clutch for that screeching tire sound, pero pag highway lang lalo na pag long stretch imo di naman siguro malayo pinagkaiba, plus the a/t is a joy to drive sa traffic, and not bashing other cars here masarap a/t ng accent since diesel siya, parang magaan lang sa stop and go traffic, unlike before sa city namin since gas pag naka full stop siya tapos papaandarin mo mejo mabigat feeling sa makina. test drive both sir para malaman po ninyo.
sir parakito sa akin lang po depende siguro sa casa, dito sa iloilo nung nag request kami for test drive tinanong pa kami if we want m/t or a/t, so we chose a/t kasi nga a/t gusto namin bilhin, ayun kinuha namin kinabukasan. pwede siguro mag request sir sabihin mo na lang you want both kasi naguguluhan ka kung alin masarap yung a/t or m/t![]()
Hi guys! New owner ako ng ating pinaka-mamahal na hatchback m/t. Matagal na ako lurker ng thread na to so nakita ko yung my nag-post ng foglights. For the life of me 'di ko na sya makita kya ask ko na lang sa inyo how much magp-kabit ng foglights sa labas ng casa and would this void my warranty?
congrats sir on your new ride. meron ata ako nabasa dito sir na sabi nila hindi naman daw mavoid yung warranty pag di naman mga performance parts kinabit mo, but to be sure ask mo na rin yung casa na nag release ng unit mo, that way sigurado ka talaga, mahirap na pag na void yung warranty sir.. before we're leaning dun sa m/t so aside sa isolated case before ng stuck na clutch ( hopefully wala na case sa ibang m/t owners ) naisip na rin namin na we'll just go with a/t para may fogs na siya kasi dito sa iloilo di naman kumpleto mapagbibilhan ng aftermarket parts like say pareho dun sa mga banawe. and naisip ko na rin na pag meron naman ako makita na aftermarket fogs baka nga naman bawal magpakabit sa labas kasi ma void yung warranty, to spare myself the trouble, pikit mata ako nag sign dun sa a/t

Hi sirs! I was able to see the accent hb a/t this afternoon at Hyundai Pampanga. Ganda! Weewww! Lalo na nung pinalitan nila ung HU into oem na may gps & tv tuner. Downside is addtl 40k sa srp. Tsskk.. pero tingin ko sulit naman.. questions lang po. Hope you could help me:
1. Hyundai Pampanga wala daw discount. Sa ibang casa ganito din po ba?
2. May marecommend po ba kayo na better casa na nagooffer din po ng zero rated sales? Ung less yung 12% vat.
3. Any feedbacks po sa service ng Hyundai Pampanga on maintenance?
Accent HB is first on my list. Next is honda jazz, avanza. TIA

congrats sa magiging new ride mo sir, sana hb accent din makuha mo. above questions wala ako masasabi taga iloilo po ako eh.. advanrage siguro ng hb is fuel efficiency, kahit sabihin natin na same lang konsumo nilang tatlo difference is yung price sa gas pumps, diesel is 9-10 pesos lower compared sa gasolina.

Hi guys, anyone here who knows kung makakakita/ makakabili ng OEM 16" rims para sa Accent natin? baka may kakilala kayo nagbebenta? Thanks.
oo sir hahaha, sarap ata mag biyahe knowing na matipid minamaneho mo. natatandaan ko before yung mazda 323 namin na de carburador pa, 95 model ata, pawis lahat, nasa 1L/8kms lang pag city driving naman na may kasamang traffic 1L/5-6kms lang, sabi nga ni erpats noon kahit daw magka subaru wrx sti pa kami malamang di na namin mararamdaman yung difference sa konsumo or worst baka mas matipid pa yung wrx sti

I finally took the plunge and got myself one, a white AT Hatchback. It's less than two weeks old, so I haven't logged that many kilometers on it yet, but thought I answer my own questions for those who may be interested:
1. I'm not sure, but I don't think it has an intercooler. It does apparently have an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) cooler, which is not necessarily the same thing;
2. Power steering is electronic/motor driven;
3. Hmmm...haven't timed it myself. No place to drive it to 100 kph safely in the Metro...
4. Haven't done many curves at speed, but it seems to corner reasonably flat;
5. It's pretty comfortable, even over broken pavement, and even with the low profile 195/50R16 Kumho tires;
6. With only the driver, hitting humps is not an issue. Haven't tried it with a full load of passengers though. Ground clearance is 147 mm, which is about 18 mm smaller than my i10;
7. AC performs well. If you turn back the thermostat way back (into the red) the recirculate light and A/C light automatically turn off. If you turn it to max cooling (into the blue), the recirculate and A/C automatically turn on;
8. Sadly, no;
9. It's reasonably easy to park, but rear visibility through the rear window is pretty dismal. You have to rely on the side mirrors a lot;
10. If you put your right foot down, you'll leave most vehicles behind.
Still getting used to the following:
1. Low and reclined driving position. When I sit upright I hardly have any headroom (I'm 5'9");
2. Getting a feel for the front corners when maneuvering in tight places (like parking ramps and such);
3. Poor rear visibility. This car could really use a reversing camera or backup sensors. I didn't spend on them though;
4. Finding Euro IV diesel. Not many Unioil stations in my usual routes.
I love the whole package. Stylish, practical, powerful, efficient. Just getting used to the quirks.
Anyone here from Baliwag?
Planning to get this or the Mirage G4.
- Just like to know which will be better if I'll be using it almost daily from Baliwag to Trinoma.
- How much would the travel cost in terms of FC and how many kms would it take for me to get to point A to point B then Point B back to point A.
- Also please take note of the PMS as I will be using it for 4 years to 6 years.
Thank you.
ako 11k kms na.. di ko pa.na 10k pms. sana dis weekend..haha.. lapit lng ako sa baliwag boss. san rafael ako.
If you're doing mostly highway travel (Baliwag to Trinoma) there may not be any significant difference as far as fuel consumption is concerned. The 3 cylinder engine of the G4 and the CRDi VGT engine of the Accent will easily get you to the high teens, or even in the twenties per liter if you don't have a heavy foot.
Note though that the the CRDI VGT has almost a 50 hp and 160 nm advantage over the G4's 3 cylinder, so overtaking will be a lot easier using an Accent.
If you're just highway cruising, I'd suspect FC to be on par with each other, depending on driving technique. Of course, diesel fuel is cheaper. Then again, the MT G4 is 100k cheaper than the MT Accent CRDi, and the CVT G4 is 150k cheaper than the AT Accent CRDi. If you're already at that point of spending 718K for a AT G4, the 1.4 AT Accent with 4 cylinders and much more power comes into the picture at 708K.
