I would go for the all new Altis kung +900k ang budget.

May mga gimmik pa na reservation fee to get the unit you want. Tapos, kapag nalaman nilang may demand na market, dami nang available stocks sabay itataas nila yung price to Japanese car price levels. I was an early adopter of Hyundai when Korean made cars are still considered bulok here so I bought mine because of the value for money it presented me. The car review was good and ok naman talaga but for the increased pricing, it did not give good value for money anymore.
So for you guys who will be buying this Accent at the increased price mentioned above, I suggest you consider other car brands na lang. If you want diesel, I heard there is one VW model that is selling below P1.0M din. The only thing going for Hyundai right now if I'm still updated, is the cheaper spare parts. But there is a misconception about cheap. If cheap but frequently replaced, then its not actually cheap anymore; its a waste of your time pa!

Hi Accent HB Guys and Gals, I,ve been reading this thread for days now (covered 2/3's I think) and weighing the PROS and CONS. The only thing that is holding me before buying this pocket rocket is the 3 months/5000km "whichever comes first" policy PMS. I've asked 3 casa already and replied that they are following the 3 months/5000km policy very strictly. Its not quite possible for me to accumulate 5000km in 3 months, 5 months maybe. My question is, do you know other casa that isn't very strict with the 3 months/5000km "whichever comes first" policy PMS.
In case anyone of you are interested, the Accent CRDi's (and other variants) full specs can be seen here:
http://www.newsite.co.ke/*HYDT/pdfs/...w%20Accent.pdf

0-100 kph of CRDi AT - 10.7 sec
0-100 kph of 1.6 gas AT - 11.4 sec
80-120 kph of CRDi MT - 9.4 sec
80-120 kph of CRDi AT - 7.8 sec
80-120 kph of 1.6 gas AT - 8.5 sec
Max speed of CRDi MT/AT - 190 kph
Max speed of 1.6 gas AT - 184 kph
Hyundai pasig okay lang sa kanila 5k or 6months.
