Mga ka hatch me itatanong sana ako. I tried using yung pang open ng hatch dun sa remote natin. The instruction says press for more than 1 second to unlock the hatch. So with the alarm armed, I tried it and yes nag unlock nga yung hatch. Meron na ba nakapag try sa inyo nun? is that the expected behavior?
Maraming salamat po sa input
Mga sir, just had a phone conversation with Customer Relations Officer of Hyundai Dasma (where i bought the car) with regard to types diesel fuel we can use in our Accent Hatch and i just thought of sharing it. Since i can't find anywhere any official info from Hyundai Philippines that it's safe to use Euro 2 standard diesel in our hatch, i decided to send an inquiry to HARI through hyundai philippines website yesterday. Then a rep called me just now to answer my questions. Below is the summary of our conversation:
1. Can we use Euro 2 standard diesel fuel in our Hatch without any problems in the future? --> Yes, since the version of Accent Hatch daw here in the Philippines is designed to be compatible with Euro 2 without any problems in the future. Although Euro 4 standard daw is more environment-friendly.
2. If I use Euro 2 standard, will i be required to change my fuel filter more often than what is required in the PMS booklet? --> No
3. Will there be any difference in terms of Fuel Consumption if i use Euro 2 vs Euro 4? How about performance difference? --> He said he can't answer these questions since HARI hasn't provided them these info yet.
4. Is it better to use the premium Diesel (i.e. Nitro + vs Fuel Save, Turbo Diesel vs Diesel Max) than regular ones? --> He said we wont have any problems if we use the regular diesel but he can't comment on the performance difference.
5. Among the big 3 oil companies, which do you recommend for Accent Hatch users? --> He said he can't comment on that daw but when i asked what do most of their customers use, he replied Caltex daw.
All info "daw" came from HARI except the Caltex part, since yun lang daw madalas gamitin ng mga Customers na nagpapa-PMS sa kanila.
For me, I'll still use Euro 4 standard whenever i can para makatulong sa environment. At least now kampante na ako magpa-fill up ng Euro 2 diesel from any oil station, since malayo samin ang Unioil at madalas super low na yung fuel gage before makaabot sa Unioil. This is just for mga sir, baka sisihin nyo ako kapag magpafill up kayo ng Euro 2 Diesel at may masira hehe.. Just wanted to share this.
Just had my 1k PMS today. It cost me P5,319.00 from Hyundai Baliwag. That includes 6L of fully synthetic oil.
Hehehe

Hello fellow HB owners!
Any issues/problems? Tinignan ko yung maintenance chart ng HB sir sa Casa and paulit ulit lang siya, maliit ang 10k (10k, 30k, 50k, etc), tapos malaki ang every 20k (20k, 40k, 60k, etc).
For the mags, try going the 16" route. Di ko kabisado ang size nun sir pero yung naka lagay sa TOTL should be great. If you want na medyo mura ang tires, go 15" (185,60/65,R15) - siya yung pinaka malapit na size para hindi masyado mabago yung overall diameter ng gulong.
Saang casa po yung checklist? So far so good. 1 year na din yung HB. Ang naging issue ko lang is yung isa sa mga bolts ng gulong during tire change (flat tire).
Thanks sa info about mags. Nung una parang gusto ko yung nasa TOTL to be safe sa choice. Pero medyo mamahalin kasi kung sa casa.
Sa hyundai baliwag ako nagpa print sir. Pag naluwag i type ko and share here. Basta I noticed every 20k yung major maintenance. Ni scrutinize ko yung items dun sa list and sabi nung SA most of them are 'optional naman'.
