Guys, i know you've probably discussed this a lot already, by the large number of posts on this thread, but i do apologize for asking this:

May i ask for some quick leads for a friend's GE mods? He's looking for a bolt-on hks/spoon muffler and intake. And he's looking to scratch the itch over this weekend. Hehe!

JDMSelect and Autoline are on his list. Baka meron pang iba na may on-hand stocks para kabit agad.

boss Troy, may nakita nako nagpost sa HCP regarding a brandnew HKS midpipe, parang 20k presyo, di ko lang makita or maalala kung anong shop yun... if ever kasi balak ko papa-custom din ako ng down pipe para mapalitan yung Hot Pipes, pero malabo pa ngayon, pag may extra money nako lalo na kung mabigat pagawa sa Autoplus... masaya na naman ako sa setup ng kotse ko at ginagastusan ko naman bike kaya tigil muna sa kotse hehe

it's high temp paint sir. Para sa engine bay. U paint over the cast/block iron sa rust doesn't form.

Just got hotpipes and CAI from speedlab earlier, wala akong naranasan na loss in torgue in the lower RPM range, nadagdagan pa actually. Talked to Sid na rin and asked questions, total gains on the hotpipes+CAI+unichip is 20whp +/-, best results they had on a GE was 105WHP running on the stock exhaust. Yun stock FD nasa 115whp ata so malapit lapit na rin

Yung sa sound ng headers definitely better, parang di mo na nga kelangan ng muffler, unless thing mo yung may added noise. Pero for the cost parang mas sulit mag piggyback system nalang.

Sabe kase diba unleaded lang ang pwede. Kaya ako Petron Xtra Unleaded lang ginagamit ko although gusto ko i try yung XCS dahil mas mataas ang octane nya, at sure akong mas gaganda ang hatak kaso baka mamaya hindi sya calibrated sa engine natin e.

Papi, pwedeng-pwede ung XCS, ever since, yung ung gamit ko, pero pag may gala/vacation lalo pag-papuntang province, Blaze pinapakarga ko.

Yung akin nga simota intake lang e pero pagdating ng 3k rpm may growl na. Pano pa kaya yung growl nung sayo lalong maganda yan.
Nag iba ba yung tunog ng muffler mo nung nag hotpipes ka?

boss Mike, 75whp lang pala stock natin? sabi kasi na 80whp daw... 20whp for just adding unichip? doubt that, kasi kung 75whp yung stock natin and i ended up with 96whp, eh di ibig sabihin 1whp yung intake and hotpipes? lol though not all engines are the same kahit same mods pa yan so pwede ren tama pero maniniwala ako pag si ferman nagsabi hehe

boss Troy, ako ever since gamit ko Blaze, yun yung fuel that gave me the best mileage compared to all... tried everything hehe
