"Best" could be relative, for me filtration capability would be my number 1 criteria.
see comparison below:

Vic - 87% * 40 microns, 39% * 10 Microns

Valvoline V0-106 - 98% * 20 Microns, 50% * 10 Microns

Baldwin - 94% * 18 Microns, 90% at 10 Microns

Fleetguard - 95% * 30 microns.

So id say from these comparisons above, you cant go wrong with the valvoline, baldwin or the fleetguard.

napansin ko na to nung minsan, kapag yung hawak ko sa key yung malapit sa taas tas turn it, mag-tuturn pero ayaw, pero once i hold the key thru the plastic casing, (lower part) ayun 1 click naman.

nung nag Osram NB ako, 6 months lang pundi na yung dalawa. kaya ngayon balik stocks ako. Sir try nyo yung Philips XV, para sa akin mas okay yun.

wala naman specific sir. ideal lang yung light lang yung shade. para masulit mo yung light output ng upgraded bulbs or kung naka projectors + HID setup. ideal for me is clear tints. makes a big difference kasi specially when driving at night or when its pouring like crazy.

nung nag Osram NB ako, 6 months lang pundi na yung dalawa. kaya ngayon balik stocks ako. Sir try nyo yung Philips XV, para sa akin mas okay yun.

tried philips XP before, better than stock, color temp nya 4300K. yung XV yata bluish yung shade, not ideal when raining or when driving in black asphalt road. baba ng visibility.

detailing na lang papi kapag walang pang-upgrade. nothing beats a clean ride.

yan, makakatulong ako kahit paano kasi naitanong ko na din to...
H4 yung size nung headlights
then yung recommendable direct replacement bulb is Philips Extreme Power, kasi yellowish cya and ok daw cya while driving during heavy rainfalls. mas malakas compared to stock bulbs. ok din daw yung Philips Extreme Vision kaso bluish white ata cya, maliwanag pero di daw tagos sa ulan.

though to be honest, di pa ako nakakabili ... wala pang time dumayo sa north para makabili... wala akong mabilhan dito sa south eh... 1,600 ata sa banaue then sa mall daw mga 2,500 ata... ipon mode pa din para isang bagsak n lng kay SNY
