Di ko pa na-try yung ovi maps bro kaya I can't tell for now kung mas ok ang garmin.

Sir 11K sa HL then 4K sa fogs, mabigat yung HID kits pero worth it naman.. Sir Garmin po ba yung the best yet bang for the buck na GPS? Gusto ko sana bumili para makapagtravel sa malalayong lugar kaso wala ako kaalam alam sa GPS. Nagtyatyaga ako sa Maps ng iPhone, a very good alternative hehe

Sulit na nga sa 11k sir. Kayo na ang isa sa mga nakakasalubong kong naka-HID na GE sa kalsada. Nakaka-inggit! Haha!

As for the GPS, Garmin kase kadalasan ginagamit dito eh. Yung ibang features kase ng mga high-end di din gumagana dito sa Pinas kaya functionality-wise, saktong sakto lang Garmin. If ever na interested ka magkaron, hanap tayo sa members ng roadguide na nag-aupgrade and selling their current GPS. O kaya pag mag kakilala ka sa US pwede ka din magpabili dun kase di hamak na mas mura kesa dito. Ako na bahala mag-lagay ng maps. Di ka magsisi having a GPS. Kahit dito sa Metro magagamit mo.

mga paps, how do you pamper your GE? just wanted to take advantage of the long weekend lang to do detailing. i was backreading sa detailing thread but I did not see anything specifically about our GE. maybe you can share your regimen. thanks!

mga paps, how do you pamper your GE? just wanted to take advantage of the long weekend lang to do detailing. i was backreading sa detailing thread but I did not see anything specifically about our GE. maybe you can share your regimen. thanks!

just this afternoon, i washed my GE, then removed the watermarks on the hood, then applied 915 all over the body.

I also applied protectant in the wheel wells and the rubber thing under the bumper

I also cleaned the windshield with glass science (GS) glass scrub and applied GS rain clear.

I also cleaned the engine bay.

I was going to take photos but the sun went down

kakatapos ko lng din i-wash GE ko. basic wash lang using microtex products - shampoo + tire black.

bukas i will apply the nanoglos, bibili pa lng kase ko mamaya ng nanosliq.

my windshield and windows are still clear, no watermarks kaya I did not polish it muna. I have the elevo watermark remover yung paste - ok din daw kase sya side mirrors unlike the liquid.

question lang paps:
1. what do you apply before you remove yung watermarks mo sa hood? just plain water and car shampoo lang ba?
2. ano yung protectant mo sa wheel weels?
3. after mo sa 915, buff lang then wala ka nang QD?

water with car shampoo first, if unsuccessful, i use clay, if ayaw padin, i use a prewax cleaner

nope, hindi na ako nagpa optiguard. fortnight waxing lang. tsaka wax everytime after claying or using prewax.

2x a year lang pwede gamitin yung prewax cleaner ah.

Guys, need your inputs lang.

I have a minor scratch sa right side mirror ko. Di nman sya malalim tska di masyadong halata from afar, scratch lang sa clear coat. May isa din akong short scratch line sa door panel, medyo mahalaman kase dun sa dinadaan ko, sumabit sa mga tangkay.

I already reached my 1K, plano ko sana ipa-checkup today or tomorrow.

You think pwedeng i-request na ipa-touchup or buff ko to sa casa free of charge? Although I have already asked my SA, pero no reply pa eh.

Yung sakin naman malalim na scratch. Sa passenger side na door. Napagtripan ng mga walang magawa nakapark kasi sa side lang ng daan at madaming tao dun (tambay at nanginginom). Sa kabilang door naman may maliit na dent/dimple. Sigh...kakalungkot. Nitong pasko lang to.
