    Go for it.

Hanggang ngayon gusto ko pa rin Jazz. Someday kukuha pa din ako nun. Yan ang gusto mo, it will haunt you kasi di mo pa nakukuha ang gusto mo.

Mag bike ka na lang papasok sa office or motor kung safe dadaanan mo. Pang rainy days mo na lang si FD.

Maintain it properly, read the manual cover to cover. As for non car guy, ang laking tulong ng owners manual.

    Goodluck sir!

    Now I'm scared.

Last sunday, I noticed that the coolant reservoir is near empty. I topped it off until the max line.

After driving around 60kms the next day. Coolant level is between max and min.

    No signs of leaks

^ coolant ba gamit mo? If yes , Usually there will be visible evaporation residues/ stains where the leak is located

Underneath the car do you see any pool of coolant before driving off? That's a sign of a problematic water pump

Coolant sir. Will check on residues.

I usually see wet spot underneath, around 2-3inches in diameter. I think that is from aircon.

Baka gatas talaga hanapin mamaya. Hahaha

What stockengine meant was look for milky oil. Grey creamy oil.

Or oil stains sa radiator or radiator cap.

usually, these reservoirs need little or no topping up, for months to years at a time.
when they start needing topping-up often, it may mean:
    1. leak somewhere between the radiator neck and the reservoir.
    2. your engine is subtly overheating.
    a. my primary suspect would be that the aux fan is starting to slow down. perhaps it needs replacement.
    b. dirty radiator, in and/or out. the dirt impedes heat exchange.

    Checked the hoses. All good.
Checked the oil cap. Not milky.
Checked the radiator cap. Works fine.

How to check if aux fan is weak?

    1. ask for a demo from the store.
    2. look for a similar car model as yours, and request for a viewing of the aux fan in action.

They have two speeds. Low when the ECU commands it to run to cool the radiator and high when the A/C compressor is engaged. It will also run at high speed when the engine is overheating.

When I decided to have my FD's A/C cleaned, the mechanic at Frigid Zone showed me that the passenger side fan wasn't turning at full speed, it was sluggish when starting, and at random times, would refuse to run at all. They replaced just the motor (Denso) and it was working normally again afterwards.

    Thanks sa tips!

Both fans seems to run fine and on same speeds when I turned the AC on.

Side-question: is car AC cleaning a must like home AC?

    i suppose so.
i clean only my aircons' air filters, on a regular basis.
i do not bring down the aircon from its installed location.
pinabubukas ko ang aircon sa repair shop, when it refuses to cool anymore.
