well, it's supposed to be easily visible.

in truth, choose any color, and there will always be somebody to criticize it.

So green or yellow is harder to identify? ... it has to be rust colored? ...

Not really ... using rust color for the bolts is like giving surgeons red colored surgical gloves ...

Pumping the brakes (ala jeepney) before pressing the start/stop button seems to solve the problem.

    Anyone experience this?
Since I got my 1.8E, ganyan din sakin.

Matigas yung pedal if not used for a couple of hours, pero I was able to start naman everytime. Nasanay na din.

Changed my interior lights and trunk to LEDs (except sa visor).

Surprisingly T10 pala lahat ng bulbs (map, dome, trunk lights).

Gamit ko lang yung spare T10s na pang park light and it's brighter that the stock ones except sa dome light application.

Buy na lang me nung pang dome light talaga.

Also changed the 3 brake lights into LEDs (7440) and the reverse lights as well (921).

All bought in the US and shipped via LBC ShippingCart (900php)

How do the tail lights look with the new LEDs?

The two brake lights on each side are slightly brighter than the stock incandescent bulbs. What I'm really after is the instant off/on effect of the LEDs (for me it's classier and safer since our friendly tailgaters can react a little faster) and it matches the overall lighting of the car.

They do fill up the stock reflectors evenly and also slightly brighter.

For the 3rd brake light, mas puno ng light yung whole reflector, kase yung stock may hotspot sa gitna and medyo dim na on the sides. And for RS owners, it will match the LED brake lights of your RS wing.

Similar output here except for the 3rd brake light, our kababayan here uses an OEM LED 3rd brake light assembly from an old Accord:

Meron na ba nagkaproblema sa steering? There have been numerous complaints in fb groups. Is this easily resolved and confined to some batches lang?

From what I understand there were reported
    1. Clunking sound
    2. Heavy steering
    3. Intermittent tightness when turning

Palit system daw after claims. Wondering if there is a recall...

Care to post your mileage and if anything encountered.

This the FC thread, are you referring to it or the FB?

I am a bit disappointed with my FB, the engine and transmission is great, but less than 5 years old and my windshield leaks (poor moulding quality perhaps), one ac vent lost something, the fins could not be moved vertically together, it's been plagued with rattles since i bought it. As my previous gen civics served me well without these minor irritants and reading about a lot of minor irritants with the FC, I am now looking at other brands for my next vehicle. Am glad that my craving to own the new FC has immediately waned off due to lack of units last year.

He means FB as in Facebook groups.

Which FB did you have? Japan or Thai? I had the Japan EXi and it had none of the issues you mentioned. In fact what I liked most about it compared to my previous Altis was that it had no rattles whatsoever despite being 5 years old.

The only irritant I've had with my Civic FC is the usual dashboard rattle which has been solved by the dealership already. I had it fixed during my 20,000 km PMS and now my car is nearing 40,000 km and the rattles have not returned.

I also had to replace my shifter indicator since it didn't light up anymore (the orange LED beside the shifter), but that was an isolated case and an easy warranty claim and it just took them 2 hours to finish it so it's nothing to worry about at all.

They opened up the A-pillar and dashboard and added insulating foam to soak up the rattles.

Yup. Was referring to a local facebook page civic x. Anyway its good to hear you didnt experience any steering issues at that mileage Jut. Im hoping I get none also. As per my honda SA, the only issue he encountered related to steering was a faulty battery not being able to supply the right voltage kaya humihigpit.
