I agree. Nonetheless, I still believe that as the dealer of the parts, casa dapat magfacilitate nung claim for separate warranty, as a form of courtesy to customers.

Malaking abala lang talaga kung reliability na nung sasakyan yung issue because of poor materials/ workmanship. Sana nga ma improve to sa customer service practices. Malaman lang sana natin kung anong gagawin pag separate warranty (audio, aircon, tires, etc).

Bottomline ko eh I wouldn't want to spend for nonconsumables, knowing my car is just barely 4 months old. So the warranty claims process must be centralized and straighforward--separate warranty or not. Suggestion lang naman for customer satisfaction. Hehe.

Meron warranty booklet ang tires. If you read all the documents handed to you when the dealer gave you the car keys. You should have known this. Anyways good to know Bridgestone honored your claim.

*StockEngine, wala eh. I read everything, from cover to cover. When I received the VX, yung User's Manual, Motolite Warranty and the Honda Warranty Book lang. Unless merong hindi nabigay sa akin. Meron ba sa yo? So does this mean pag separate warranty I will assume straight to manufacturer? Like, battery? Ganun ba experience nyo?

To my surprise after inspection nung SA sinabi nya sa Bridgestone lang pwede magclaim. Yun nga, so nagpunta ako sa Bridgestone Alabang, only to find out na weeks to months yung processing ng evaluation, and no guarantee. TRUE ENOUGH, FACTORY DEFECT NGA. Binigyan ako ng bagong gulong! (siyempre bumalik ako ulit sa Alabang branch)

    Lessons learned:
    - Yung low profile tires natin sakit daw nya yung sidewall bulge. Kailangan daw i maintain yung recommended pressure.
    - Poor Honda Customer Service. Pag gulong ang icclaim mo, you're virtually on your own. Sariling diskarte. Sana maimprove nila to.

Yes and thats how you claim via the warranty booklet. It normally contains the purchase date.

Yeah like chevy and ac delco batteries

Mga paps. Question lang. Anung state or mode pag twice mo pinress ang push start button without stepping on the brakes? Nakabukas kasi aircon kahit hndi naman bukas makina.

When you press engine start/stop without pressing the brakes its like turning the key in the ignition to on

So you can listen to radio, open/close windows, charge phone etc. Bubukas talaga AC pag hindi mo siya manually pinatay prior to turning off the engine nung huling gamit mo.

Not all low profile tires are prone to sidewall bubbling or bursting.

Hello. Baka may nkakaalam sa inyo at nakaexperience na mahuli sa toll gate from cavite going to manila? May seminar pa ba? Kung meron, gaano kaya katagal? badtrip talaga. Di nakuha sa sorry yung sheriff. Hehe.

I'm scheduled on the 15th for my 1k/1month pms.

Do I need to bring cash ba for the oils na pwedeng mapalitan or idagdag? Tumatanggap kaya ng credit card?

I recall my 1mo PMS lasted half a day lang. Pinasok ko sa umaga. A little past 12noon, tinawagan na ako ng SA ko.
This was on a weekend (saturday).

On the other hand, 6mo PMS takes up most of the day. I am fortunate to work in BGC where there's a HONDA casa nearby. I just drop off my car during a Coding day (~7am). Tapos I usually get called up by the SA at around 3pm.

And yes, they accept credit cards.
