Pagkaka-alam ko is medyo malakas sa FC ang 1.5 engine ng Honda City sa City driving, but efficient naman ang FC sa hiway driving condition. I have a 2012 honda city, 1.3 engine, A/T, my FC is 12.5 km/li * combined hiway and city driving. mas matipid talaga sa FC ang manual transmission ng 1.3 engine, it can average 14-15 km/li sa city and hiway driving condition... Read more about honda city FC sa Forum ng Honda city club.....Fuel Consumption .... HTH...

kung about honda city performance, no doubt about it, it's like toyota cars, very reliable, and tama rin, mas mataas ang resale value, this isjust based on my experience...

Honda City uses the same L series engine as the Jazz so its fuel efficiency is pretty much the same.
Driving habits plays a big factor in fuel efficiency though.
I guess the advantage of the city over the jazz is its design.

    oh wow! congrats.
check paint finish. make sure its spotless.
check dashboard and plastic sidings. make sure its snug and tight and doesnt squeak
check tire pressure, usually they jack up the tire pressure to 45 or so when it should only be 32 front, 30 rear

Thanks sir bayen. He's soon beautiful. ☺

What I need now is to know the proper maintenance of a brand new Honda city. I like him sparkly clean and sana mag last ung prettiness Nya hehehe...

It was fun driving him. Even my dad and friends say so. Ganda ng sounds and shocks daw, those are the first things they've noticed. Pati na ung color hehehe. Very roomy din. A big guy can lay at the back seat with about 6" more to spare sa sides (of course with feet up hehehe) so Kahit malubak ka, sure di ka mahuhulog sa pagtulog mo. Very quite din ung engine, we're driving up tagaytay and we can barely hear the engine, that's with 5 adults and 2 kids inside. Super like!

New car owner here. I have acquired my honda city 1.5L last Dec 27th. What do we call of the transparent glass/plastic(?) covering the speedometer and odometer? I saw a crack, i'm not sure if i caused the crack when i was cleaning. Would this easily crack? Could i get warranty on this? If i can't warranty, how much will i pay in casa to change it? Thanks.

Thanks.

I typically would get around 12Km/L mixed city-light traffic/highway(40%/60%) driving....

A/C is not much of a burden with respect to the FC performance....

A paint has a natural topcoat, which can last for some time, with proper care and maintenance.

    IMO, not at this time.....
