honda cars phils will start to release honda City 1.5 variant on february 20, 2012 while the 1.3 variant is in march 2012 pa..

The current City is not so bad, altough the previous-generation had the CVT as an option, and that was better than the current 5-speed AT as far as fuel consumption goes. But with manual transmission it's not bad at all...

meron na po ba dito nakakuha ng 1.5 units nila? sabi kc samin nung SA namin 2nd week ng feb daw... hnggng ngaun wala pa... hahaha... kakainip eh...

Matipid nga sa FC yung lumang CVT... until you have to replace the entire transmission due to defective design :D

Actually I've never seen a failed Honda's CVT, altough not every mechanic knows how to service it correctly. I believe that if they were defective would have been phased out also in Japan.

Hi Sirs.. Got a new Honda 1.5 City last Friday lang. So far so good naman very satisfied naman ako. Matipid sya sa gas and i dunno kung accurate yung gauge nya na pang monitor kung ilang kilometers pa kayang takbuhin ng gas mo. And yes mga sir, walang moon roof / sun roof yung city dito and yung spare tire nya eh steel mags lang. Cost cutting sila kasi nilindol yung sa japan tas binaha pa si thailand hahaha sa tingin ko lang yun. Mas pinaluwag yung compartment and sabi nung friend ko na merong 2011 city e mas lumuwag ng kaunti ung loob.

japan surplus este CBU ba mga city ngayon?

what heppened to honda's engineers nowadays? konting tweeks change parts new model na daw. then jack up the price. other manufacturers are putting everything to make their cars stand out pero sila slacking. parang wala na yung dating passion. dont get me wrong, im a honda fanboy myself. but like other honda fans i want the old honda back.

Masmakitid yung size ng steel rims na spare kumpara sa apat na gulong na ginagamit, kaya parang lumuwang yung loob ng trunk.

City is assembled in Sta Rosa Laguna. Dagdag dito, konting palit dito, tapos akyatin yung presyo. Pareparehas lang sila lahat.

i dunno much about honda kasi first car ko is lancer '97 model up to now maayos na maayos pa siya. this is my first brand new car and honda so sirs pointers/suggestions etc. will be much appreciated especially sa mga city owners.
