Not sure if I'm commenting in the right thread but I just got a used Honda City M/T. Any recommended shops where I can have the unit checked further (Batteries, brakes, suspension, tire alignment, etc.)? I saw Rapide does this service for free but also read a lot of horror stories about them. A Goodyear Autocare and a Motech are nearby so both are my options.
Also what do you recommend for the following in case they need to be topped up:
Brake Fluid
Transmission Fluid
Power Steering Fluid
Engine Oil
Engine Coolant
Thanks in advance
welcome to the challenging world of used-car ownership! hindi ka nag-iisa!
i hope you have the owner's manual?
read it, po. it's a treasure trove of must-know, DIY (do-it-yourself) information.
if you don't have the manual, google for information. it's not difficult.
are you asking for product brands?
sorry. i easily forget brands. yung iba na lang dito.
heh heh.

Good day mga boss, tanong ko lang baka meyron kayong idea. 'Tong aking Honda City 2010 1.3 automatic may grinding/scraping sound.
lumalabas yung tunog pag:
- 35 to 40 kph, 4th gear * 1000 - 1500 RPM approx.
- light na apak lang sa gas pedal
- hindi lumalabas pag high RPM, or pag aggressive sa gas pedal
- 1 second or less lang yung tunog
thank you po sa mga makakasagot
I'm incline to believed na ATF nalalgay sa mga CVT kaya nagkakaproblema.
