On my way to the office this rainy morning, I noticed that only about 20-30% of the cars on the road use at the very least, their courtesy lights. Maybe 5% use driving lights and maybe 1% use their headlights. I understand that in Europe, the moment you use your wipers (even in light drizzles) you must turn on your courtesy lights.
When it rains, who of you use your lights?

I use my lights but what irks me are the O V E R A C T I N G motorists that flash their hazard lights at a mere downpour. You can even see 2 - 3 vehicles ahead from you and the rain is not that heavy enough.

Using hazard lights are actually a no-no...
I always turn on my park lights and in slight to moderate conditions, my fog lights. I use my headlights when it's really pouring or when i'm on the highway.

yes, esp during heavy downpour. it's dangerous to be hit by those blinded by the rain. hassle!
