Boogg!!! na-orthopedic tuloy.:injured: Sinong may sala? Driver? (hindi naman lasing)
Me nagpapark sa gilid ng kalsada. Eh wala naman No Parking sign. Si driver, look to the left side mirror, look to right side mirror. Boogg!!! Nauntog tuloy sya. :faint: Sinong may sala? Driver?
Boogg!!! Nagka-scratch tuloy ang flawless skin na ipinagpa-salamat-po-doktor pa nya. :ouch: Sinong may sala? Driver?
:rip: Sinong may sala? Driver?
Boogg!! Ay! Kawawa naman yung bata! :angel2: Sinong may sala? Driver? (hindi naman inaantok)
Just wondering, why is it that in most road accidents that occurred as such, major or minor, drivers are usually blamed? Is it the driver's fault if the pedestrians are stubborn? Drivers are usually assumed and presumed to be the culprit whereas the pedestrians are more often than not, the victim. Yes, indeed, there is a phrase which said: "Be a responsible driver". But as for the pedestrian, be a responsible one as well.
To avoid accidents like these, it is only but proper for both drivers and pedestrians to be road-rules-abiding-citizens. Should everybody do so, accidents could be prevented.

In my view, dapat PEDESTRIAN ANG MAY SALA! In short, mukhang driver ang palaging may sala. If it's not written in the constitution then I think usually court decisions are in favor of the pedestrians mainly coz of pity!!
Which comes to another question... why are there many irresponsible pedestrians? I'll put the blame on the government. Dahil sa kakulangan ng mga pedestrian facilities and kapabayaan sa mga illegal parking, mga ogags ng PUV drivers, etc... no other choice ang pedestrians but to become "irresponsible" (ie... magkipag-patintero sa mga kotse, dahil walang sapat na pedestrian crossing; naglalakad sa kalsada dahil may mga naka-park na kotse sa bangketa).
But when it comes to EDSA and other national highways, ogagas na talaga mga pedestrians who cross these huge roads. Ang sarap sagasaan!!!! That's why I can't blame the MMDA in putting up the pink fences!!!

Suggestion ko lang, dapat me motoring subject come Grade 4 to 6 para lahat me alam sa kalye.

I think it's the same case when pedestrians think that absolutely nothing will happen to them when they step on the ped lane. Dead Wrong .
Pedestrians, like me, cannot rely everything on the driver of the oncoming vehicle. We also have to think and react smartly, this way the probability of getting hit from any direction will be lessened dramatically.
Stupidity borders the fine line between life and death.

:headache:
