What's a reservist and how does a person become one? A lot of people in social media are commenting on why he lost a fist fight considering he is with the army.
Given that he is an army reservist, di ba dapat mas mabigat yung kaso niyan, or maybe ma corurt martial? Something about using army training on a civilian(although suntukang kalye yung nangyari).
I think its 5 7" for enlisted ones, sa reservist afp none, what they do is help in medical missions, calamities, escorts ng vips, drivers etc...a few of younger cousins are reservist, every week they go out and play soldier, i scold them coz they put stickers of AFP on their vehicles, bring airsoft rifles and they put wang wang on their cars, sabi ko anong power trip yang ginagawa nyong yan....if you want the real thing request kayo sa basilan mag medical mission.
Akala ko basta pasado sa ROTC, reservist na. May iba lang na talaga kina-career ang pagiging reservist.

a small guy trying to act tough. maybe he is compensating for something else....
btw, anong mga klaseng kaso ang pede isampa ni nestor?
Well, technically, my generation that finished rotc is considered a reservist...some younger ones like my cousins enrolled on a 16week weekend only boot camp, after that youll get an id......uniform ikaw mag pro-provide ....from quiapo....... Btw, walang issued firearm yan...
Manila police, NBI deny Nestor Punzalan was shooter in Quiapo road rage killing
Wednesday, July 27, 2016 10:02AM
The Manila Police District on Tuesday night said that Nestor Punzalan, who owns a red Hyundai Eon, was not the man who killed a bicycle rider in a road rage shooting in Quiapo, Manila.
Senior Inspector Rommel Anicete, chief of the Manila Police District's homicide division, said they already have the identity and picture of the suspected killer, which is not Punzalan.
Anicete said they will release the identity of their suspect anytime today.
Meanwhile, Top Gear editor Vernon Sarne apologized for posting the photo of Punzalan's vehicle on the motoring publications' Facebook page.
"I was responsible for posting the photo of Mr. Punzalan's vehicle, and I realize now that I shouldn't have done so. I accept full responsibility. This is all on me. I will do my best to reach out to Mr. Punzalan and personally apologize to him and his family. The buck stops here. This is all my fault," he said.
In an interview on Unang Hirit, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin also denied that Punzalan was the authority's suspect in the road rage killing.
He said the NBI has also launched manhunt operations against the suspect.
A man driving a red Hyundai Eon was seen in a viral CCTV footage having shooting bicycle rider Mark Vincent Geralde after an altercation along P. Casal Street in Quiapo.
The Hyundai Eon driver and Geralde were also seen havinga fistfight before the shooting.
The NBI had inspected Punzalan's red Hyundai Eon and found no evidence that it figured in the altercation.
A copy of Punzalan's medico legal also proved that he had no bruises, which he should have sustained if he had a fistfight with the victim.
Punzalan surfaced at the NBI's headquarters in Manila on Tuesday night to clear his name.
His name and pictures surfaced on social media based on a wrong conducted stricker number initially provided by the police to media.

IMHO, everyone who passed Reserve Officer's Training Corps in college is a reservist
Way back, I was SP.

I don't remember ROTC. I only remember CAT in HS (I was excempted) Is ROTC for college men only?
He's given until 5pm today to surrender. Manhunt if he does not show up.
MPD denies the info on the wrong suspect (Punzalan) came from them.
TGP f*ucked up by itself, they claim.
People who abuse such authorities should be dealt with accordingly. Playing soldier... until a real life and death situation confronts them?
It upsets me when there are such bad eggs as this puts bad light on the many more enlisted men who go through training and put their lives on the line for our country.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

That's the problem of a HALF-BAKED soldier or Army-Army or feeling Army.
More often than not, people, who have guns but do not have combat experience or rigid military training where discipline is ingrained, act like they're modern-day Rambos. Utak Pulbura.
There is a reason why in the military or PNP, we have a neuro-psychiatric examination. A regimented training for at least six months will bring out the insanity of those who are really insane.
The neuro examination given by FED to those who want to have a gun is NOTHING.
