Stock eon is 4 11" only? wheels are upsized, 1.5m might not be accurate. Now im sure he is just a reservist...

AFP confirmed he is a reservist and has been delisted from the roll call. Also he was already identified since yesterday because he was a resident of the area, and his car was well known to the barangay. He refuses to move the car when they conduct clearing/cleaning activities in the barangay.
