MANILA, Philippines – After identifying an Army reservist as the suspect in a road rage incident in Quiapo, Manila, the Manila Police District gave him until Wednesday afternoon to surrender.

“We are giving him ‘til 5 p.m. today to surrender. If not, we will order a manhunt operation (against him),” MPD Director Senior Superintendent. Joel Coronel said of Army reservist Vhon Martin Tanto, who is believed to be the man caught on CCTV accosting Mark Vincent Garalde on Monday night.

Nothing against Vernon Sarne or TGP, but there are only 3 ways this ends:

1. VS gets fired by TGP and they both pay damages
2. VS resigns from TGP and they both pay damages or,
3. The offended party accepts apologies and moves on which is highly unlikely

Or they blame it on an intern and intern gets fired.

There's still ROTC (for male and female) but for 2 semesters only. A student can also opt for community service. I'm just not sure if it's mandatory in all colleges/universities.

kahit nuon madami na. Instead of rotc they enrolled in Y.A.D.O. (Youth Action Development Organization) which is the alternate course to rotc for those who could not walk straight (i.e., kumekembot pag naglakad).

Sandali lang yan pag may reward...matagal na 7 days dyan...like what happend to a teenager in front of my office, got shot in the head, our mayor offered a 250k reward another 250k by the family of the victim, after one week he surrendered, he said he was fearing for his life becoz of the reward.

i doubt that coz TGPH used his own photo and paraded it over the net along with his full name, maybe they already posted his address too

these things to the tune of Php millions. kasi right now, tayo informed but we have to admit that it's there na, na-share ng iba't ibang social media outfits, what if say 5 days from now, may nakabasa pa din nun not updated sa news, and saw his car, say na-view yun video 2 days ago pero nag-beach ng 5 days, tapos pag balik natsambahan yun mistaken identity

Naah! Dami damages nyan. Trauma to both him and his family. Damaged reputation. The fact alone that thousands read the tgp post and those thousands called him names and even threathened him. If it were me i would not settle for anything less than 10M.
