OT:

A few years back when I still go to the Mamplasan area, I saw this EG Civic driving so quickly and aggessively towards Alabang then when they were still repairing SLEX roads near Susana Heights. The driver did not see a concrete barrier and hit his brakes so hard that lots of white smoke came out of those rotten 13" stock rims and tires. Its a good thing, the Civic's rear did not step from such an abrupt stop like that. The guy narrowly missed the barrier.
