    yikes, pero di ba pag nagparegister ka ng car, kelangan ok na yung insurance bago iregister yung car? Ang alam ko kasi hindi mo makukuha yung plates pag hindi naayos ang insurance.

    Based on experience, insurance is needed before registration. This is the reason why the dealer needed a third-party-liability (TPL) from our own insurance (since we did not get the dealer's in-house-insurance) before processing our new vehicle's LTO registration.
