nakikipag negotiate na yung relatives nung nakasagasa sa nephew ko. pero ayw pa rin nila ipaharap sa amin yung babae na nakasagasa na anak ng mayor. kasi minor daw po at natatakot dahil na trauma sa nangyari.
sinasagot na nila yung mga bills ng medical expenses at theraphy nung bata. pero they now want us to sign an affidavit of desistance. sabi namin papayag kami pumirma pero dapat yung lawyer namin ang gagawa at hindi kanila.

Better look forward and ask the therapist what are the possible effects of the accident to the child (physically and psychologically) and take that into account when doing the affidavit.
