Suzuki Davao is just playing it safe.

Has your family already sought the Legal advice of your lawyers? They would be able to help you piece things together legally, properly and tell you what is doable and not doable until the case is filed.

we already have consulted or lawers and that is why we are desperate and trying to get the identity of the owner para masampa na yung kaso sa korte

to my dismay. suzuki motors has changed their colors. yesterday suzuki motors called me and told me that they will give me the info about the car that was involved in the hit and run incident. but today when i tried to make a follow up on when will i get the copy of the papers , they just texted me that they cant give it right now since the manager is in disposed of as of the moment and no telling when the manager will come back. so i politely asked that di naman siguro needed ang signature ng manager maam kahit yung papers di ko na kailangan. sabihin nyi lang sa akin kung anu yung details ng sasakyan like eingine number , body number or chassis number. mag dadala na lang ako ng ballpen at papel. pero ang sinagot sa akin ay. no need na rin sir kasi nag report na sa pulis yung naka sagasa at magpapadala nal ang daw po ng pulis papunta sa inyo para makipag areglo.

anu ba yan. walang awa rin pala itong suzuki motors davao. di man lang nila tiningnan yung sitwasyun ng pamangkin ko. inuna pa nila yung customer.

oh well ganito lang talaga dito sa atin na pera palagi ang nananaig.

sana meron tiga suzuki dito na handang tumulong. kahit i pm nyo lang ako. as long as maka tulong.

kinontak na kami ng side ng naka sagasa , pinapuntahan kami ng pulis na meron kami blotter sa station ng pulis na what ever happens daw sa driver ng sasakyan ay kami raw ang suspect.

*** naman buhay ito . kami pa ang na pwerwisyo kami pa ang pinag iinitan ng mga pulis. hindi nila dinakip yung nakasagasa hindi rin ila impound yung car. anak ng former mayor ng davao oriental yung naka sagasa sa nephew ko.

anu ba naman ito. ikaw pa ang nasagasaan ikaw pa ang hahabulin ng pulis. at yung may sala ay pinuprotektahan pa ng pulis.

hhhaaayyyy ang pera nga naman.

na biktima na nga kayo bibiktimahin pa kayo ulit.

That's definitely BS. Ipaabot mo na yan kay Duterte, kay Tulfo, etc...

Obviously sindakan is the name of the game. Your lawyers should help you with this. Pa blotter-blotter pa, WTF??? For damaging his car? For not monitoring and ensuring the safety of your nephew? That blotter has no effect on your case and in fact, you should get the name of the police personnel who have gone to your house as they have no right to harass you and your family unless there is a case filed against you and its dictated by the proper courts. I'm not a Lawyer but heck, thats what my senses say.

Sampahan na agad ng kaso. Kung may resbak kayo, magpa-resbak na rin kayo.

Of course, its easier said then done, especially in the provinces na kanya-kanyang balwarte.
