i feel for you. matagal nang issue yang hindi pwede ipasok ang pagkain ng mga pasyente. the opd is concerned about vermin infestation kasi. pero problema namin ay kawawa naman yung mga pasyente, lalo na ang mga diabetic na hindi pwede na matagal ang fasting. what some people do is have somebody stand in line for the patient in the opd, tapos yung pasyente nasa labas para pwede kumain.

honestly kung meron kayong suggestion that works, i'll take it up with the opd director. i can't promise results (sorry) pero tingnan natin kung anong magagawa. nothing wrong with trying.

actually, hindi din naman masisi yung pgh, kasi marami din talagang mga baboy na mga tao, kung saan saan lang nagtatapon, dati ang baboy baboy ng pgh, ngayon malinis na kasi nga bawal na magpasok ng pagkain sa loob.

yung technique na pahintayin yung kasama sa pila, will only work kung walang fasting order sa payente, otherwise, kailangan talaga niya maghintay na matapos yung buong procedure wala siyang magagawa. so the only solution for them is faster service.

yung sa priority thing, habang naghihintay kayo ng computerized stuff, pwede siguro palitan nyo muna yung mga drob boxes ng pangalan nung mga parang sa mailbox, sa taas lang sila pwede maghulog, para hindi nila pwede isingit sa gitna yung papel nila. tapos sa side ng mga admin staff e basta they remember to take the ones at the bottom first. saka dapat malinaw kung ano ang i-o-honor, kasi minsan nakakagulat biglang yung pila pala yung susundin. maganda din kung yung paper na paglilistahan nila ng pangalan ay may number. so pwede nila ma calculate kung pwede ba sila lumabas para makapag skyflakes man lang. and yes dapat may number and name, para hindi ma tempt yung iba na kumuha ng number ng may number, or yung iba gagawing negosyo, kukuha ng number tapos ibebenta sa iba.

dapat pala, see thru yung panel sa side ng staff kasi para makita kung may na stuck na papel sa gilid.

Actually pwede din naman yung simpleng pad paper lang... kaso tanggalin nyo yung margin hehe. dati kasi nakalista kami sa 2nd page. syempre dun nakasulat sa line yung pangalan namin. aba may magagaling na mga tao, nagsingit pa ng pangalan dun sa pinaka dulong space ng fisrt page, tapos meron din nagsingit dun sa upper margin ng second page. lagay na yun may numbers pa yung paper garapalan na. jesyo kanina pa daw nakapila hindi nila alam na may listahan at kung anu ano pang dahilan.

if there are funds siguro for two extra shifts of nurses, nursing aids, med techs, x-ray techs, orderlies, ancillary personnel (administration people), janitors, and security guards. not to mention electricity and water. also, security guards not just for the opd building but also to guard the pathways between the opd and the main building.

on top of this, to operate the opd 24/7, we are going to need extra equipment. if you use the x-ray machine and other equipment 24/7, mas mabilis masisira ito. same goes for the airconditioners and the electric fans in the building. we are also going to need another set of autoclave machines to sterilize the equipments to be used.

consummables will likely go up din (paper, etc).

thanks doc. actually madami pa ding loopholes yung suggestion ko, halimbawa, meron dyang mag li-lista ng maagang maaga, nakita nya halimbawa pang 45 pa siya, aalis, babalik sa hapon, e pag balik niya number 75 na, tapos pag balik niya madami pala silang mga numbers na nalagpasan kasi wala sila nung time na yun, ayun, e di nagulo din yung listahan.

that suggestion is meant para at least man lang maka singit sila ng konting pagkain sa tyan na hindi sila masisingitan sa pila. dapat malinaw sa pasyente yun, otherwise kagulo pa rin.

pero baka din may better suggestions ibang tsikoteers?
