DFA Passport Renewal - Rush job.

Cant remember if I shared this in tsikot but a tip from an FB dfa group is to check at 1am since that’s the time the system opens new slots.

Expired na passports ng wife and anak ko. Hindi daw pwede walk in renew. Sa website naman nila, fully booked everyday for the next 3 months. Ganyan ba kadami nagpapa renew ng passports ngayong pandemic and hindi pwede mag travel?

the passports expire, with or without being used, with or without the pandemic.

kung ilang passports ang na-release 5 years ago, siya ring rami ng expiring passports now.
plus! more people clamoring for scheduling now, because there were no renewals during the quarantine periods.

We have a friend who brought his whole family (wife with 3 kids) to Isabela for passport renewal last May! Balikan lang sa Isabela para lang makapunta sila sa US for vacation this June.
No choice daw since yun lang daw may available slot the following week while 3 months waiting time sa NCR plus offices.

Finally after calling their hotline all day yesterday sometimes every 15mins, I finally got through today. Apparently you have to let the system purge the false/non-paid appointment for 48 hours before you can again get another. So I'll try my luck again tomorrow.

Try nyo madaling araw, nagbubukas sila ng slot availability. Swertehan lang din.

Me and the entire clan got an appointment at SM Aura on 25 Sept.

Meh issue ata si DFA at APO Production Unut kaya nagkaka aberya na naman online passporting / printing / delivery.

Still getting the same issues. Once I get to the Pay Now stage, the Pay Now button is greyed out. And the appointment page is weird because at certain times, I would get a "No Appointment date available" warning. At other times the whole month of September is free.

Sir Yatta, ano pong browser ang gamit nyo, Firefox? Sinusubukan nyo po ba sa ibang browser..
Baka IE/Edge or Chrome po mas ok..

i think the system is overloaded and is sending out wrong signals.
have you tried signing in at odd hours, e.g., 2 am ?

Tried Safari, Google and Firefox. Windows, OSX and Linux.
