You get what you paid for, budget airlines are not known for their good service... PAL ain't good either dami ding delays yan.... You want a good airline, try Cathay Pacific or Singapore Airlines, now thats what I call a good airline...

here's the catch with cebu pacific is that you really get low fares. but once the booking class of those promo fares is full, you have to get the next higher available fare and so on. sometimes it gets more expensive pa than PAL.

April 21st, 2008 10:55 AM #145yun nga lang... basta you book early, ok lang... but if you book just a few days before the flight, mas mahal na ang cebu pac or maliit nalang difference, so PAL nalang.
grabe ang ginawa sa amin ng PAL dati. Flight namin from cebu-manila is scheduled at 8am then dahil nasira ang aircraft, na-delay at naging 10am, so sabi namin ok lang kasi kung uuwi pa kami, mga 30 minutes pauwi so might as well stay there and wait nalang. Then nung mga 9.30 na, nadelay ulit... 1pm daw... then nung 12.30 na, delay ulit... 3pm daw... then delay ulit ng 4pm... then delay ulit ng 6pm... we finally left at 6pm on a 747...
nagkaroon ng parang mob sa harap ng check in counter ng PAL... maraming naiinis. Some took the cebu pac flight nalang which was always on time before.
PAL also gave each of the passengers food stubs for lunch. We used it on one of the food stalls in Mactan Airport but malas kami or what, the soup we ordered was rotten... buti nalang we only took one sip each and we noticed na the bubbles sa soup...
There were 4 of us... my mom, my brother who was 2 years old at that time, my 6 yr old brother, and me... i was mga 10-11 back then...
parang baliktad na ngayon...

April 21st, 2008 04:51 PM #147Yes, it takes around 3-4 months for them to refund. If ever you ask for a refund, be sure to PAY your credit card bill immediately, then wait for the refund, or else, your bill will accumulate interest rates, and by the time the refund comes, you would have accumulated a good amount of billing interest. Cebu Pacific will only refund the cost of the ticket, the interest is not included.
My tita had to have 2 of her tickets refunded at the cebu pacific office... It took her 10 hours in line to reach the counter! Talo pa yung nagtrabaho ng 8 hours!
