I don't know kung may kasalanan ang mc dahil nga right of way sya.

    much clearer now!

    i think it's still the sedan's fault.
his light is red. unless there is a sign warning "no right turn when light is red", he may turn right, BUT ONLY IF THE COAST IS CLEAR. clearly, it was not, because he bumped into a fast-moving coast whose light was (i assume) green.
the MC had right of way, because his light was green.
    TS should have waited.

    my opinion.

Too late para umiwas. Nasa blind spot sya (ng mirror) kaya di mo nakita. I think you are at fault.

Nasa 3rd lane si motor so in a way pinagbigyan din naman nya si car na kumanan using 4th lane.

Tama naman si car, 4th lane lang sana inokupa nya when he Turned right at nasa 3rd lane nga rin si motor naman, happy ending na sana.

Kaso nga may humintong bike sa harap ni altis kaya pinasok nya sa 3rd lane without, I assume, looking again at his left side.

Lesson learned, defensive driving, double or quadruple check lagi at wag mag assume.

ok so clear na. forget about my earlier posts. looking at it again ...

    still your fault.
    1. you are on red, mc on green. he had right of way and this does not depend on whether you saw him or not.
    2. kumabig ka sa left to switch lanes. di mo siya nakita. too late for him to avoid or slow down enough to avoid you. last chance doctrine, even if applicable, will not apply because it supposes that there is time and opportunity to do so.

mc was speeding? ok let's assume he was. again i say his speeding is a separate offense. it does not exonerate you. it may have added to the result but it was you who started the chain of events.

ulitin ko lang. galit ako sa mga mc lalo na yung mahilig sumingit at lalo na sa lumulusot sa kanan. pero fair is fair, we all share the road. the mc in this case was going straight. di siya sumisingit. it was you who came into his path.

It's really annoying when vehicles use up two lanes when turning right or left ...

Probably humabol si MC sa green light kaya ratrat yan, pula nga tinatawid ng mga yan what more yung green na intended for them to move forward.

For me sedan is at fault.

Turn right with caution and if it is clear.

You can't always assume na nakita ka at iiwasan ka like what happened to TS case.

To add pagkanan, kain agad ng ibang lane.

mali yun sedan. kasi no right turn on red signal, simpleng-simple

pero sa puntong into let me clarify ba din sa mga motorcycle riders natin dito. this is clear case na talagang inferiror kayo sa kalsada kaya wag magpapatakbo ng ganyan. imagine kung medyo naaga-aga pa yan sedan, tumilapon siguro kayo tapos yun sedan sira ang side doors nya

para sa mga motorcycle riders, even if you know that you're right, para ma-claim nyo na kayo ay basa tama, baka lumpo muna kayo . so ganun talaga eh urban jungle yan eh. same rules as the jungle. kung maliit ka mas matinde tool sayo

No one, in his right mind, will intentionally cause an "accident" whether it's an MC or a car driver.
