    What? You do not deserve to be given a license to drive! You are only confusing other drivers by turning on your hazard lights. Other drivers (those that know how to drive, NOT YOU) will think you have an emergency and you are stopping because that is why ot is called "hazard light", to signal that your vehicle has an emergency and it has now or soon be a hazard on the road. Otherwise how in hell can you signal which way you are going if your hazard lights are on?????

    On poor visibility (rain, fog, night time) you turn ON your lights - head lights, front fog lights and rear fog lights. You do NOT turn on your hazard lights.
