I won't condone this kind of act but I'm not surprised this would happen. Dami kasing galit sa mga bike riders sa Thailand, lalo na yung mga car drivers. Ang rule kasi sa Thailand, if a bike rider meets an accident, it is always the other driver's fault. Kahit na ikaw sinadyang banggain ng naka-motor, kasalanan mo pa rin. Kaya karamihan ng bike riders sa Thailand, abusado. Kahit alanganin, singit ng singit and car drivers have no choice but to avoid them. It is such a stupid law.

guys, as ive said again and again, lets not turn this into a BIKER vs CAR DRIVER thing. while we have the right to voice our opinion, lets do it in a peaceful and rational manner. because ultimately, we all have to try to peacefully co-exist on the road whether we like it or not.

PS: i ride a bike too. but like i said in the mcp forum, a single accident or fatality is unacceptable under the circumstances.

Nasa principles ng defensive driving yan ...

If you want to drive defensively (and you should), you have to be aware that bikers, cyclists and pedestrians are more vulnerable than you are (as a car driver) and thus have to be more considerate and more careful than they are.

Not that it gives bikers - or anybody else - the right to be d1cks on the road.

    Just trying to explain.

if you read the rules of the road that LTO has on their website.. if you meet an accident while overtaking its the overtaking car and drivers fault. so if those showoff bigbike riders counterflow and get into a head on collision with me.. thats the first quote il read from the LTO rules of the road.

and the Darwin award goes to .......... the organizers and participants of this event.

(The Darwin Awards salute the improvement of the human genome by honoring those who accidentally remove themselves from it...)
the only problem is that most of the time, they injure/kill innocent persons during their 'endurance' event.

just wondering po, is it legal for bikes to go over 100 kph on public roads? i'm pretty sure it is for cars (though ala naman tayo speed guns and such, and karamihan e hindi din alam na meron speed limit pala sa lahat ng klase ng kalsada). i'm asking because i think regardless kung race or challenge yun, they are clearly speeding, hence doing something illegal, unless bikes are allowed nga to go over 100kph (yung namatay daw doing 200kph +/- 20kph). nagtatanong lang po

yon talaga meaning non, your inside a cage,,, kaya if your in a motorcycle forum most of the time they call the car a cage and the driver a cager..lam mo naman laging sinasabi ng mga biker, the wind, the freedom...
