jeepneys na naka parada sa side waiting for passengers, tapos when you overtake biglang haharurutin para hindi ka maka overtake. regarding sa lane changing..... before i use my turn signals before my intended lane change, but when i do this, cars on the lane na lilipatan ko biglang mag speed up lahat para hindi ako makapasok. kaya lately pag nag turn ako change lane muna sabay signal.. i know a lot of people do this because alam naman nila na pag nag early signal sila malamang hindi na sila pagbibigyan. blame it on our chaotic streets, kahit matitinong drivers napipilitang mag adapt just to survive.

July 10th, 2009 10:08 AM #64In Libis and Katipunan, there are those weird shoulders (remnants of the left-turn lanes). When traffic is bad, asshole drivers use that shoulder to 'overtake'. When they get to the end of the shoulder, they then try to merge, bullying the other cars in the process. Kainis sila. Lahat kami pumipila ng maayos but sila, noooo... kailangan mauna.
In the Ortigas/Santolan intersection - The rightmost lane should always be open to those who want to turn right. But what do these drivers do? They hog the right lane and try to merge with the 2nd lane para makasingit when the lights turn green.

July 10th, 2009 10:43 AM #66Amen brother! I experience this every single day on my way home.
I hate those drivers who cut into my lane without signalling. This is especially true during a traffic jam. Special mention to a white Isuzu Crosswind with plate number XFS 333 - libre mag-signal light po.
I suggest that if someone gets into an accident because of this, he should get those MMDA warning signs which say "Pumagitna sa Lane. Wag nang Gumitgit" and slam it into the head of the reckless driver.

Kahit businahan mo....ayaw tuminag.
