Just yesterday evening..while driving home from 11th St. to Buendia Pasay.

    - along Gilmore...2 lanes going to Edsa...overtaking silver CRV kahit traffic...kala mo mauubusan ng daan
    - Edsa/Taft Ave. intersection going to Roxas Blvd. almost got hit on the right side by a white Starex...I would appreciate it if driver could at least use the left/right signal lights to indicate where he wanted to go...instead of just swerving in my direction , napasigaw tuloy yung anak ko sa gulat.
    - F.B. Harrision going to Buendia, passenger jeeps na off ang headlights....when I switched on my hi-beams...the bastard then switched his light on...and hi-beams pa...then switched it off again

All in less than 1 hour...ang dami talaga ogag sa daan!

it is one of the definitions for the slang term "weekend warrior" but in the context of this thread it means otherwise-- re: mga gumagamit ng NLEX as a race track in their porches and lambo.

google is there for a reason.

Kanina sa Lacson Ave sobrang traffic, I was in the left lane and I know dapat doon ako sa right lane kasi "Left lane must turn left" before Piy Margal ata un. I was signalling and most of the vehicles give way except for this truck with _______ enterprises sign, talagang tinutukan pa yung nasa harap niya para lang di ako makasingit. Buti na lang my lane moved fast and pinasingit ako nung sasakyan sa harap niya. Thank you to the guy driving that black vios!

    SERVES YOU RIGHT, MORON!

Kanina sobrang nakakainis. We were at Edsa during the height of the fire in Guadalupe. Traffic was crawling very slowly and we made sure to stay out of the way of firetrucks and rescue vehicles... Thankfully, most of the other vehicles were also coperative. Kaso, there were a few who took advantage of the openings by tailgating the firetrucks. Nakakainis tignan how rude those were.

The worst was a bus that blocked us when we tried to create space for a firetruck. The firetruck was blocked by several cars that moved to either the left or right to create an opening. We also tried to move to our right kaso at that instance, a bus on our right quickly closed the small space we were supposed to get into. The firetruck was thus blocked by us. Some firemen signalled for us to move pero we motioned that the bus blocked us. We inched as close to the bus as possible, siguro mga two or three inches nalang kami, pero wala na talagang space.

Fortunately, the bus's lane moved and the car behind the bus allowed us to move in, freeing up the firetruck and an ambulance behind.

Kainis!

One final thing... Dikit dikit na nga mga vehicles kanina, and many were trying to cooperate by giving way to the emergency vehicles. Kaso, pasaway motorcycles kept weaving in and out, sometimes messing up cars trying to move aside to open space up. Pinakamalala was this stupid rider that forced its way beyween us and a truck. The result? He hit and scratched our side mirror. He just raised his hand, didn't even have the courtesy to look at us, and sped away. Bwisit! We got his plate number... 8538 TC. Whoever you are, makakarma ka din!

since you got the rider's platenumber, you can use the LTO text service to get the motorcycle details

I have absolutely lost all hope for the traffic situation in our country. Not just that but politics, religion, and ethics in general... Masyado nang naspoil ang mga pilipino we're so far back on the evolutionary line. Crude but true.

True.

If that sentiment is shared by a lot of us...sino na lang magiging catalyst for change?

If we keep doing our part...then we still have a chance...kasi kung give up na lahat...dun talaga masasabi natin na tapos na ang laban.

In fact, I always do that.

Just give the guy a finger. It's more than enough. Pahiyang pahiya na siya dun.

    Hehe.
