    you mean,
those who are not disabled but use the reserved parking slot for the disabled, anyway?
they should be banned from the parking facility for a long period of time, kapag na-huli.

That too. But what I mean is reserved for people who paid for a reserved slot and said slot has a corresponding sign and orange cone to ensure no one mistakes it for a free slot.

the parking facility operator should have something special for folks like that.
as it's a private facility, they probably have the authority to assert themselves.
of course, if they choose to do nothing, then said mis-activity is expected to be a recurring issue.

"This parking spot is for disabled, if you are not disabled you will be if you use this."

In some condos and office buildings, they penalize people who park illegally. Back in Accra Law Building, wrong parking is 2k pesos per incident. There were a couple of times where other tenants park at our designated slots. The Building Security monitors the parking area for illegal parkers.

To be deducted from your fees?

I remember a long time ago, I thought I was lucky to find a vacant parking slot. Turned out it was reserved for a VP in our company. He called me and gave me a "warning".

I haven't cleared that up. Paid for by our company ang slot. Reserved spaces should be clearly marked with barriers and all that. Yours was probably an honest mistake. Ibang usapan if someone removes the marker.

a few times from years past,
SM north edsa had an open paid parking lot.
i espied a vacant slot, and proceeded to it.
there was this girl, standing on the slot.
    "reserved po for our car."
    "asan car nyo?"
    "pa-pasok pa po."
"well, nandito na ako. so please move aside."
    the marker moved aside.

    heh heh.
    yespo.
they did put up that sign in north edsa, a short time later.
i vocally made my thoughts known to the guard there.
    apparently, i was not unique.

    also,
parking facility operators should put a sign:
"please do not park on reserved slots. violators will be subjected to tire clamp, and removal will entail payment of 1,000 pesos."

May nakalagay na nyan na sign sa ibang SM na wag mag reserve ng parking slot by standing on it.

I remember when I was a new driver, I didn't know that standing on a spot is reserving it. I just backed up on a slot where a lady is standing. Wala nagawa yung babae kundi umalis. Tawa ng tawa mga kasama ko. In my defense I didn't know she was reserving the spot, and I didn't actually know that I'll hit her, bobo pa ko sa driving.

as a Filipino, ano ang tama gawin kapag standstill traffic?

    a. pumila ng maayos at mag hintay

i have done A many times, because i simply had to be there at my destination.

i have also done D, because i was not absolutely required to be at my intended destination at a certain time (puede late). i made a U-turn, and went by a longer route, or i went home. the timely radio advice also helped me decide.

B and C. obvious ba? give-away question naman yan.
