no, a good driver knows how to manuver his/her own vehicle, remember kaya nila ilabas sa garahe ang sasakyan pero hirap ipasok kase nakalimutan nila ang isa sa basics na "kung paano mo nilabas ay ganun mo din ipasok"

tska kung compliant lang si bahay 2 sa one side parking edi wala na problema..

this sounds like someone who loves to point out how other people make life difficult for him but doesn't realize he also makes life difficult for others

ako nga pala yung violet na kotse sa bahay 3 at nag mamaniobra din ako sa beta street para hindi ako parking against the flow of traffic sa harap ng bahay namin

paano ba na bigyan ng mga lisensya ito mga ito at di marunong dumiskarte, wala obstruction sa beta street at dun nag mamaniobra ang dilaw at pink na sasakyan sa harap ng bahay 1 para maka punta sila sa main street

siya nga yung owner ng violet, ang laki ng frontage, 2 houses wide, nagtataka din ako bakit sa labas nag park, I assume big houses have at least 6 slots for parking

ang sisikip naman ng mga residential area na yan

hindi masikip dito sa amin, ang sukat ng side walk namin ay 2 meters ang lapad at ang kalsada namin ay 6 meters ang lapad

I'd be pissed off if my neighbor said that to me, hassle naman talaga mag mani obra para lang makapasok sa gate, dapat walang difficulty coming in and out of my gate.

I think best solution na nga yan one side parking, bakit siya mahihirapan, e di wag mo masyado isagad yung car malapit sa corner ng gate nila? Medyo igitna mo? Or isampa mo sa driveway mo yung car mo, that's what I do if I have to park sa labas

BTW, who owns 2 the cars parked sa harap ni bahay 1.

Yun nagpa park sa street ang dapat mag adjust, not the other way around.

wala naman talaga problema kung marunong lang mag drive, tandaan ninyo isa direction lang sila na hihirapan, either pumasok o lumabas, pero hindi sabay kase nga mali ang approach...

ayaw ni bahay 2 na one side parking kase mahihirapan naman daw siya lumabas ng garahe pero di na siya mahihirapan pumasok ng garahe

si bahay 1 ang may ari ng dalawa kotse sa harap niya

If that's the case, I'd make the MOST consideration to bahay 2 dahil siya ang walang inaabala by parking cars sa street

Dapat ata for new houses gawin MINIMUM 4 car garage kasi I noticed even small houses with 0 or 1 car garage e at least 2 ang kotse (Do I sound like kags) hehe

dalawa lang pwede ko paradahan, my side (bahay 3) na nahihirapan siya pumasok sa garahe at HINDI siya na hihirapan lumabas ng garahe OR bahay 2 side (one side parking) na nahihirapan siya lumabas ng garahe at HINDI siya na hihirapan pumasok ng garahe...

isa way lang siya na hihirapan kase nga di marunong mag drive at mali ang approach sa pag pasok o pag labas ng garahe...

kung titignan nyo yung picture dapat nga pa atras ang parada ng bahay 2 papasok ng garahe nya kase may pader sa driver side na humahati sa pagitan ng bahay 1 and bahay 2 at kapag nandun na siya sa loob ng garahe nya ay dun siya bumababa sa passenger side kase di nya mabuksan yung pinto sa driver side at may pader nga

all the four who responded and gave their 101 centavos' worth, have questioned the violet car's owner's motives.

i have not visited the venue,
but from the post-er's post,
it would appear that the violet car's parking position does make it more difficult for the other car owner to access his garage.
if i were the violet car owner, i would move my parking slot to another location.
i would not want to be blamed for other motorists' woes.

in our barangay,
many houses' garahes have been converted into living space, laundry space and/or batalan, and/or commercial space(i.e., bodegas de negosyo).
the house owner simply parks his car out on the road, beside his house.

i would rather, the private car owners solve the problem themselves, because if they do not, government might step in and solve it for them.
while private-owner solutions are usually flexible,
government edicts may have the flexibility of cast iron.

government has already said, years ago,
no one may lay claim to that segment of public road in front of one's domicile or business concern.
bawal po yang mga harang, steak-ing out the "parking space" in front of one's business estblishment.
as i vaguely recall, years ago, official tow trucks would go about, confiscating those wooden harangs...

hindi ba as long as i am not blocking any driveway is im good, if one cannot manuver his/her car properly due to lack of skills then thats the problem...

ang matindi, meron parking sensor and camera yung sasakyan ni bahay 2.

kapag nandun ako sa harap ng bahay 3, ang gagawin nya ay atras, tapos abante sa main street.... pero ang problema pabalik ng garahe from main street na ang gusto niya pa tusok agad sa garahe na hindi na pwede kase nga nandun na ako sa harap ng bahay 3. kung paatras lang parada niya pa punta garahe eh oks na, kung mag maniobra siya sa beta street na lahat naman kame yung ang ginagawa eh oks na siya makaka pasok sa garahe niya na patusok

kapag nandun ako sa harap ng bahay 2 (one side parking), madali naman siya nakaka pasok sa garahe na patusok from main street. pero ang reklamo niya palabas naman ng garahe kase aatras siya, tapos aabante konti, tapos aatras konti, then boom! makaka daan na siya papunta main street.

hindi ba as long as i am not blocking any driveway is im good, if one cannot manuver his/her car properly due to lack of skills then thats the problem...

but you ARE blocking access to their driveway.
you yourself alluded to it.
you even advise them to maneuver their car at the beta road, so's it be easier to go into their garage.
