Was able to get my autosweep kanina at Petron VRP. Walang pila, & ako lang andun. Any suggestion on where to go for similar experiences for easytrip?

It's only in the southbound toll gate, walang tent sa northbound. And I think closed on Sundays, passed by last sunday and nobody was manning the tent.

i had mine sa Balintawak (24hrs daw), walang pila if around midnight ka papakabit, 11pm ako dumating

Paano nyo nalagyan ng load yung Easytrip nyo ng mabilis?

I had a new rfid installed last Friday(yung with P200 load) then added P2000 via bank transfer last Saturday. until now di pa pumapasok yung P2k load ko. Sablay tuloy sa toll gate.

Walang silbi customer service number. 1 hr na akong naghihintay sa phone wala pa ring sumasagot. Saan ba magandang customer service office pumunta?

I had a new rfid installed last Friday(yung with P200 load) then added P2000 via bank transfer last Saturday. until now di pa pumapasok yung P2k load ko. Sablay tuloy sa toll gate.

Walang silbi customer service number. 1 hr na akong naghihintay sa phone wala pa ring sumasagot. Saan ba magandang customer service office pumunta?

Usually the following business day credited na ang load from bank transfer, pero baka dahil nataon na friday ka nag load, baka today credited na yan.

Wala talaga sumasagot sa hotline nila, kahit email hindi din sumasagot. Sigurado overwhelmed mga complaints ngayon, dami rush nagpapakabit ng rfid and hindi pa maayos ang implementation nila.

Go to their offices sa mga major toll plazas nalang if may complaints ka, like San Fernando Pampanga or in Bocaue.

Pag online or phone banking next business day pa. Pag friday ka nag load or holiday ang next day it will be credited next business day. So pag long weekend yan macrecredit lang yan after the holiday.

We use 7-11 or Gcash, credited agad.

Was able to go to an easytrip pop up station in a baranggay near us. Took maybe around 30mins. They installed it sa bumper kasi may problema daw with orientation ng headlight ng Mazda 3.

Were you able to test if gagana rfid installed sa bumper?

Problema ko din rfid sa mazda ko. Installed sa windshield, ayaw gumana. Ayaw din nila kabit sa headlights. They asked me to wait for the new rfid device that will be installed over the plate number.
