NLEX EC Tag Concerns

I'm thinking of buying an EC Tag, but I have one big concern:

Is there a way for me to have individual receipts for each toll passage?

I reimburse business trips but I need receipts. With an EC Tag I don't know if this is possible. Sobrang convenient ng EC Tag lalo na if it's a holiday. Saves you a lot of time.

I think you can call them and have them send your trips to your email. I remember I did this before.

Mas ok sana kung hiwa-hiwalay. Kahit parang yung iniemail lang ng Uber na trip acknowledgement.

Ako I have EC tag sa 2 sasakyan namin. Nagpapaload ako sa counter mismo, though pwede naman via auto enroll sa credit card, or load via ATM. Ang nangyayari lang pag over the counter, isang resibo lang talaga, which is kung ano lang pina-load mo.

I think available online ang statement sa ec tag.. tipong logs... what time and what exit dumaan ang ec tag..

as to the receipt.. di sila nagbibigay ng VAT receipt ( na magagamit fool proof ng isang company para ma support yung toll gate expense - paging BIR! palibhasa koleksyon lang regardless kung tama o mali ang habol nyo.. pero itong malaking isda na ang resibo ay tape receipt lang ( na walang company name ng nagbayad) ay hinahayaan... palibhasa puro kabig ang gobyerno dito in terms of VAT input...

Less hassle if you'll just pay in cash, may receipt outright. Kesa naman hindi ka nga pipila sa ec tag lane mahassle ka naman to obtain your receipt ang ending niyan hindi ka pa maka reimburse.

sa regular lane, the tape receipt I think has vat tin number and vat breakdown.. I think sa ec tag reload ganun din... altho you can use this same receipt as support for business expense claim... pero technically, for vat input claims, di mo sya magamit.. since part ng vat regulations na dapat ay nakalagay ang name ng customer... e sa pabilisan ng pila pag nilagay yan sigurado haba pila...

pero ilang beses na ako nagtanong sa ec tag.. kahit na tumigil ako at pumunta ng office nila.. do they issue a vat receipt when i load... wala daw talaga sila ganun echanism..

ang effect.. theres no way to check independently how much vat they collect since walang nag claim ng input...

Nyek. Eh business trips lang talaga reason bat ako nag-NLEX. No point getting an EC Tag for me then. [emoji17]

To those who have the rfid, where did you put it? On the headlight or on the windshield? Did you have to cut a window on the windshield tint? Parang ayaw ko sa headlight kasi baka mabasa or get damaged while washing.

Sa ibang car dito na naka-full tint, nasa headlight naman. Matibay ang headlight sticker kahit na exposed. Ang downside lang nito may maliit na dot o square dot sa headlight. Pag natapat sa gitna ng beam ng headlight, may parang batman projection ng "dot" sa beam ng headlight.

Isa lang ang windshield sticker ko para sa SLEX/STAR/TPLEX at NLEX/Cavitex. Una register muna sa SLEX grp. Kuha ng RFID sticker. Tapos gamit ang SLEX sticker, re-use/re-register para sa NLEX/Easytrip group.

Ni-try namin vice versa, na una munang kumuha NLEX sticker, hindi tinagganap ng SLEX counter for re-use sa SLEX system. Labas iyong car na iyon may 2 windshield stickers.

Korek. May scanner ang NLEX kiosk para makuha nila ang ID or serial ng SLEX RFID, same ID/serial ang i register nila sa NLEX account mo.

Sayang i should have gotten the slex pala para isa na lang. Maybe i will just get another for slex.

May device na gamit ang RFID installer ng NLEX to check the tint if magpenetrate pa radio waves to read the RFID.

Para sure nga maganda mag cut ng window. Kung may metallic particles ang tint (hindi dye based) possible mag block ng signal.

Pero try pa din kung kaya ma reuse Easytrip sticker sa SLEX, baka na tsempo na ang SLEX kiosk na napuntahan namin dati walang scanner ng sticker.

yung car ko na meron metallic tint (yung parang semi mirror) i notice a reduction in phone signal and GPS lock speed. dark tint btw pero semi mirror

my other car naman dark tint din pero hindi metallic. no phone/GPS signal issues. meron RFID inside the windshield, no issues also
