You may also call their hotline and they will assist you in registering your account. They will create the account for you, you just have to change the password afterwards.

Nung nagkaproblem sa account ko, they created a new one for me while over the phone. Call their hotline nalang, mabilis na sila sumagot now.

Hindi daw na-input ang email address during installation according to customer service. Baka tinamad yung naginstall sa Eton centris hehe

Ganyan din nangyari sa easytrip namin after installation pero mobile number naman, unauthorized daw yung number nung nag-I-inquire kami balance thru sms. We had to call the hotline para malagay yung mobile number sa account. Mukhang kaugalian na sa kompanya na yan na hindi kumpleto trabaho.

Naresolba na ba yung mga rfid reader ng nlex sctex? Madalas nagrereklamo mga trak namin na byahe kasi di daw nababasa yung rfid nila. Minsan pa nga nasabihan pa daw sila nung mga nakabantay na mag load kasi baka daw wala load kaya di mabasa. Nung ipakita nila yung resibo ng reload 2 days before sila bumiyahe di na daw kumibo yung mga nakabantay haha. Mga kups din talaga yung nakabantay e

Mukhang tamad nga mga tao nila sa pop-up stalls. I remember meron silang laptop dala kung saan dapat iinput mga forms during installation.

Going to tagaytay yesterday, ok naman sa SLEX exit na Autosweep then CALAX exit na easytrip.
Alam ko cavitex at easytrip ang problemado dati

Problem ko na lang ngayon is Autosweep na walang IOS app at hindi daw registered mobile ko kaya wala akong SMS load inquiry.

sa autosweep naman sakin recently lang ..
btw gumagana naman ito, dito lang sa skyway sucat exit nagkaproblema
naisip ko kaya nainis siguro teller kasi ETC/cash lane ako dumaan, may build up kasi sa ETC only lane

from what i understand, loading an account can be done using just about every other gadget, even one not owned or authorized by the account holder.

good luck bro, just email support and provide screenshots. problema dyan if active yun napasahan mo ng load, baka akala nya may promo ang easytrip na free load LOL

ALPR + RFID = faster toll booth processing. ALPR is Automatic License Plate Recognition which can recognize daw up to 3 cars ahead. Yung tulad namin na hindi naka tie up sa RFID yung plate number eh kailangan mag register sa easytrip.

Yun nga lang daming data kailangan hindi lang yung plate ng sasakyan pati pag upload ng government ID. Parang wag na lang tutal nlex naman to at we rarely go to North. I don't fully trust their system to give them that much information.

It's a camera doc. As long as the camera can read your plate you're good. I assume they will mount the camera a little higher than the vehicle so I don't think it will catch a glare from the sun.
