    Fiesta Sport first full tank of Caltex Gold, 389.3Km auto filled 34.285L for a total of 11.35 Km/L. On this second tank I have reset the FC meter as well which I forgot to do the first time. It was giving me a wrong reading (but not too far off) of 8.4Km/L at filling. Total ODO reading is about 450Kms.

    I got the FC meter down to 8.3 until I was forced to take an unnecessary trip to makati on a Friday afternoon which shot it back up to 8.9!! Though I did manage to bring it back down to 8.4. Light to Moderate traffic generally, and I dont usually exceed 2k RPM and rarely reach 100Kmh.

    Update on Ford Everest MT 2012 XLT:

    100% City Driving - 8.225 km/l using Caltex Diesel
    100% City Driving - 8.575 km/l using Petron Diesel Max

    Average from 4 Full Tanks, a 4.25% difference from Caltex and Petron. Same route and time everyday, Pasig-Makati (10-11AM) Makati-QC-Pasig (8-10PM)
    Haven't tried Shell yet since Petron is the cheapest Diesel I have seen so far (with 3% rebate from BPI-Petron Mastercard).

    Highway Driving - 11.0 km/l Petron Diesel Max (85% Highway Driving)

    6:45am from cainta going PCMC via imelda ave > marcos hwy > aurora blvd > anonas > vluna > BIR road then UST via Q.Ave > espana.
    7:15pm from UST > Lacson > aurora blvd > n.domingo > bonny serrano > marcos hwy > imelda ave.
    total travel time, 3hrs. 47km
    16kph average speed
    10.3L/100km

    I average about 7.0 - 7.5 on mix hi-way & city driving on my new explorer.
    The best i've recorded so far was :
    load full tank at subic petron around 4pm then headed to clark with 6 passengers overall.
    circle around inside clark and dine at fields ave. left clark 8pm to makati and drop a friend
    at the columns condo in ayala ave corner buendia. then headed back home to sta. rosa,
    laguna. arriving 10pm. Next morning, full tank again. After computing total distance traveled
    divided by liters loaded to full, it turns out my mileage achieved was 8.66 kms/ltr.
    Average speed in SCTEX & NLEX is 110kph at auto cruise using Petron XCS.

    Ford Everest june 2012 mt 7-8km/L lang city driving. Odo clocked at 1,920km.. Pero improving naman pero d masyado maramdaman. Iimprove pa ba to hanggang 9-10km/L(ok na saken kung ganito fc) mga sir?

    Mine is 2.3 4x4 averaging 8 on city, 9-10 on highways with the Royal Purple Oil and all stock. The 4x2 should have better FC.
