this morning they were told that Ford santa rosa doesnt have the tools or the capability to check the Ranger. so they were advised to take it to ford alabang.. with a p5000 fee for taking it there..
question is now.. with the Ranger clearly still under warranty what rights do they have? and 2nd what could be wrong with such a new car.. Ford Santa rosa mentioned they might have to take down the engine and transmission..and lastly does anyone have any experinced with this problem?
thank you so much guys..
