Hi guys, I would like to ask, malaki ba difference sa fc yun 2.2 vs 3.2 engine? 4x2 vs 4x4?

As per experience and observation between our 3.2. Bt-50 and 2.2 xlt AT ranger.... ( don't mean to contra duramax observation)
Medyo matipid ng konti ang 3.2 Mazda over our ranger on hi-ways. Made some trips out of town (Bicol) trips with the two vehicle. Our consumption are as follows:
* bt-50 ave 12.8kms/L while the ranger only gave us 10.6kms/L.
*was not able to compare it in city driving, Kasi don't use them much in city. More convenient to use our small cars :-)

Things to consider;
Maybe because mas malaki machine bt-50 kaya madali mag accelerate and d masyado babad sa low gears.
Tires of bt-50 is 17 with nitto terra grappler while ranger has 20 shoes.

Is the hill launch assist available in the 2.2lt wildtrak manual or it's just exclusive to the automatic. Sabi kasi sa isang SA available ito sa wildtrak manual but not in the xlt manual while in another Ford dealer sabi ng SA hindi, available lang sa automatic. which is which. Personally though, would love to get this feature sa wildtrak manual. Helps a lot when your caught on a traffic jam when you are still ascending'paakyat.

AFAIK meron sa manual wildtrak. Lahat ng wildtrak meron.

Maraming nag gagaling galingan na sa and oic ba yun basta ung pinaka head ng mga mechanics and parts.

Pinapa set ko sakanila u g auto lock hindi nagawa samantalang nung ako na ang gumawa less than 30 secs lang. Mas maganda pa nga mag research sa net e.

Sir tama naman yung SA ninyo. Available lang ito in all wildtrak models but not in xlt manual. XLT is not wildtrak, it is the 2.2 manual/auto now locally available.

*Duramax and Zamoco thanks for the feed back. Are you guys satisfied with your 2.2 engine? I still can't decide which to get. Right now I am choosing between strada, ford xlt 2.2, and mazda bt 50 2.2. But right now I am going to wait for the new ranger wildtrak.

Honestly I'm not satisfied with the power of the 2.2. It lacks the power I'm looking for. But I don't also like the looks of the bt-50, just got it kc I needed a pick up that time but ford can't have 1 for me.
I'm waiting for the wild track 3.2 to come out sa market and will probably sell the bt-50. Astig Kasi looks ng ranger hehe :-)

Tapos nadrive ko kahapon yung montero namin, nainggit ako.. ang sarap pala idrive ng montero compared sa ranger. At mas malambot pa pala yung steering wheel nun na para sakin ang bigat bigat dati. hahaha.

Same, nung nag drive ako ng ibang vehicle gumaan lahat, steering, ung kambyo and pakiramdam. Mas masarap drive ang ranger kapesa sa montero lalo na long drive. Para saakin.

Medyo nasanay Lang Siguro ako sa malalaking engine vehicles sir. Looking for the hatak Pag apak sa accelerator hehe... I might sell also the 2.2 ranger if makakuha ako ng 3.2 wildtrak.
But my son is starting to like it too (2.2 ranger). Bahala na, basta for sure will dispose off the bt-50 first :-)
