sorry guys ot. share ko lang. hindi ako sure kung may nakatama sa roof ng t6 ko o nailabas ko sa dealer na meron na pala yun. meron 2 dent kasi sa roof. sabi ng iba imposible naman kung tinamaan ng volley ball which is light weight at ng bounce pa. or kung let say sa carwash. impossible din sa roof magka dent samantala all sides eh walang dent. ano kaya nangyari?
kaya nga nakakapanghinayang lang. yes true hindi kita kasi nasa roof ang dent pero hindi naman kaya gawin PDR na hindi kinakalas yung ceiling. parang mas ok na yung dent nasa sides madali ang acces para ma PDR. balak ko nalang hayaan na muna. 4-5 years ko din balak gamitin t6 ko. 2k palang odometer reading, napakabata para magkadent na.

Usually napapatipid ko naman ang sasakyan pero for some reason I can't go past 10 km/L with my Ranger.
Naubusan na nga ko ng daan, di pa rin tipid. Hehe.

Actually tumipid ranger ko after the 4k odo. Nagpalit na din kadi ako and shifted to liquimoly oil. Ilan naba odo reading nung sayo?
Remember its better to be in a lower gear than in a higher gear tapos ibabalik mo din sa lower gear madalas. Ako kahit highway, pag madami sasakyan at alam ko preno ako, I avoid 6th gear. Basta maintai rpm lang.
Ok lang yan...wag ka susugod diyan sa dagat!

4300 na ngayon. Last full tank ko was 3988 km. reading ngayon is 10.3 km/L but I think nasa 9-something lang kasi lagpas half tank na ko tapos di pa 400 km nabyahe ko. Babyahe ako pabalik ng Legazpi from Sorsogon later, tingnan ko kung tataas.
First turbo car ko to so di ko sure baka iba diskarte with a turbo. With the ranger the turbo kicks in around 1.5k rpm so whenever i need to overtake i try not to go below that para hindi masyado madiin sa accelerator. But when cruising kahit below 1.5k basta minimal apak.
Main problem is tricycles/buses/jeeps kasi kung 100 takbo ko tapos may tricycle edi pepreno ako then accelerate na naman pagkatapos..

I see... Driving habit ko kasi is lagi naka maintain sa 1rpm-1.5rpm city driving para hindi ko naapakan ng madiin. sabi nga saakin, parang may NANA daw ang paa ko. Also masama po ba na iniintay ko ma empty ung fuel tank ko? kasi last time bago ako magpa full tank 30km n lng pede nya takbuhin bago ako nagpa gas. And normal lang ba na umingay ng konti ung engine after ng 10k PMS? Btw, full tank ko umaabot ng 1month naka pag balikan na ko from Cabanatuan City to Quezon Ave. . 12km-20 a day siguro since may pwesto ako sa mall...
diesel and gasoline engines are at their best efficiency when running at its highest torque output. so if the torque curve is highest at 1500-2500 rpm then that is where it is most efficient. running at below 1500 rpm is less efficient.
crdi pumps use fuel to cool the pump. there is always excess fuel that goes back to the tank, and the tank acts a cooling heat exchanger. if there is less fuel in the tank there is also less cooling. so yes, masama sa engine yung konti na lang fuel sa tank. paminsan-minsan ok lang, like if hindi talaga maiwasan. but as all casas advice, it is better not to let the fuel tank go below 1/4.

Guys rule number 1 sa mga common rail e fill up once you reach the 1/4 level. The dirt trapped in the bottom of the tank will be abrasive for the high pressure compnents.
Follow-up ko lang.. May nakapag egr blank na ba ng T6 dito? Looks like sa Australia they are not getting any CEL..
This old, outdated advice keeps on being given, don't you think the hose inside the fuel tank gets fuel from the bottom of the tank? How else would it be able to get fuel? Does it sip from the top part of the fuel tank? Then there's also the fuel filter, it will get clogged long before dirt can go to the engine.
