If you like those, you'd like Alaminos, Calumpit, Cabanatuan and Tugeugarao

BTW, I don't like travelling pero I wanna go to my favorite longganisa places

    Hindi ko gusto Tuguegarao longanisa.

May natikman na ako na longganisa from Pangasinan pero taga Binalonan yung nagbigay. Sarap na sarap din ako.

Ayoko sa longanisa yung matamis, sobrang asim, at sobra sa garlic. Hahilig ako sa garlic pero wag sobra sobra at dapat luto.

isn't longganisa made to discard fats that were trimmed from the supposedly meaty parts? I remember i was served by this mostly fat longganisa lol.

That's why I don't buy "regular" longganisa. I buy those na specialty ng province

Have tasted Batutay na din mostly via Ka Tunying all day breakfast menu and their Cabanatuan longaniza. It's good but still my all time fav. is Vigan and Lucban Lalo na ung mga not commercial and homemade lang na on-order basis..Also the Longaniza and tapang Taal. Yep all of them are garlic flavored.

    In order of preferrence
    Lucban-- without the reddish coloring
    Vigan
    Taal
    Cabanatuan
    Cebu Chorizo spicy

Bakit ayaw mo nung red na Lucban? Atsuete lang ata yun ang should not have an effect on taste.

That is the origin of sausage. Hard backfat na wala nang ibang paggagamitan.

Pero remember sa Pinas, wala tayong trimmings. Sa west lang naman yung tini-trim pa yung fat sa karne.
