ginawa ko rin ito bro last year lang (20w50) dun sa vios. thinking baka may problema engine kasi sobrang vibration maski idle, di naman nawala, mukhang may mga need lang i-insulate na mga stuff sa dash. though not related, ito pa yun time na may fake overheating issue ako.

Bro ganyan din sa Vios ko.... Pero I don't think it's related sa engine oil? Kasi ang lakas ng vibration tapos palaging mababa idle.... as in pag-preno ang baba tapos lakas manginig....

Parang more on sa idle issue siya bruh, Kasi when you step on the break you release the accelerator thus going into idle state pero instead of going between 800-900rpm mas mababa pa resulting to nginig... time to check siguro sa combustion process, air-fuel-electric... sana maging okay na sasakyan mo and pa check mo na sa suking talyer...

    Toyota Altis 2003 1.6
    • Toyota 5W40 Fully Synthetic SN
    • Mitasu Platimum PAO 5W40 Fully Synthetic
    • Mag 1 5W30 FMX Fully Synthetic
(Tried this recently, pero mukhang ibabalik ko na lang sa 5W40 in my next OC).

    Toyota Altis 2011 2.0V
    • Ardeca Synth-DX 5W30 Fully Synthetic
    • Mag 1 5W40 FMX Fully Synthetic
(So far okay naman but I may change to the Mitasu 5W30 Gold 100% Synthetic in the next OC).

After experimenting with so many fully synthetic oils and filters, I think I might just go later with mineral oils and OEM filters with short oil change intervals. Dalawa na nga kasi yung pinag-alternate ko na kotse and sa 1-year nakaka 3K++ kms. lang yung isa at halos 5k++ naman yung isa. So sayang lang FS when it came time to change oil.

This makes a lot of sense really.

Just make sure to follow the correct SAE grade motor oil recommended for your vehicle.

Just had my Sporty's 5K kms. PMS last month, they used Voltronic 5W 40. Gawang Aleman daw yung langis.

    Not many reviews online.

    Does anybody else use this?

So far the car is running fine. No difference with the oil they used before.
